NOTICE to leftists, RINOs, establishment types, bots and trolls
Jan 20, 2012 | Jim Robinson

Posted on 01/20/2012 10:59:14 PM PST by Jim Robinson

Leftists, MittBots, PaulBots, RINOs, Karl Rove establishment types and trolls of many stripes and colors have one-by-one driven our leading grassroots conservative candidates out of the race. They worked for years on Palin, then Perry, then Cain, then Bachmann, now Newt. When ever a non-establishment, non-RINO conservative gets into the lead they open fire and 24/7 trash and torpedo until they drive them out.

NO MORE!!

If you want to troll and trash our conservative candidates, take your business elsewhere! PaulBots can take it to a liberaltaraian site. RomneyBots to FOX News. RINO trolls to the NY Times. Lib trolls to DU. Abortionist/statist trolls to hell. I don’t care where you go, but if you’re here to trash Newt 24/7, I’m gunning for your azz!!

REBELLION IS HERE!!

WAR IS HELL!!

DON’T TREAD ON ME!!

I had no intention in supporting him if it came down to it.

Like many here, now that things are getting to brass tacks, I was forced to rethink my position. When I look at his actual record of accomplishment and the fact he had a 90+ rating on conservative issues while in office, I cannot throw out the baby with the bath water.

I know you probably remember when Newt was routinely mocked and criticized on FR for his wanderings off the conservative reservation. I posted a lot of that criticism, myself, but like you, I began to have a change of heart after I began listening to the man in present time, and doing an honest review of his record, versus some of his latter day positions.

A lot of folks have worried that we're replaying the 2008 primary, when FR wholeheartedly supported Fred Thompson for the nominee, then watched as he faltered and handed us McNuts.

The only thing that drew me in, was the addition of Sarah Palin to the ticket. Had McCain not done that, I'm not sure what I would have done in the election (besides dutifully placed my down-ticket votes). This time, it's different. I actually think that Newt is our guy, and can vote for him without holding my nose.

I'm still not as enthusiastic as I would have been for a Palin candidacy, but I can get behind this man, because I know that he's behind me.

Hot damn, now that’s the way to post! I’ve got to grab that to re-post where needed.

What a great statement of Newt’s pro-American agenda!

Thanks for the source.

I am tired of hearing how “America hates Newt”, “Women hate Newt”. At least, it isn’t true in SC.

I want a candidate who isn’t mealy-mouthed, who takes the fight to the enemy (all of them) and who can beat zer0. Not necessarily in that order.

If he’s the nominee, I’m buying one :) One of my favorite movies!

Now that wasn’t so difficult, was it. Now do the right thing by deleting your FR cookies and your bookmark and go over to some true blue rino site to continue trashing Newt 24/7.

Hi Ingtar,

I happened across one of your posts just yesterday or the day before, “cult of Newt,” so I checked your forum posts and whadda ya know, I didn’t find reasonable explanations from you, instead I read several “McGingrich,” “McNewt,” “Nootie Tooties” and old talking points on subjects he has either addressed, apologized for or that do not amount to a Tinker’s dam unless a person were already against Gingrich. IOW, you have not been reasonable at all. Dede is ancient history, just like Arlen Spector.

That's my story too, I actually laughed when Newt said he was going to run for the nomination!

Guess I'll post this again, posted it when the ex-wifey story broke out....it's how I feel about Newt now and I can't say it any better so...

-----------

This Gingrich divorce story has the foul smell of The Chicago Way about it! :-(

The left is pulling out all the stops now that they can see the demise of our republic so close at hand. Their relentless attacks on anyone that might shine even a weak light on their evil intentions is frightening.

The attacks on the conservatives seeking the republican nomination are a case in point. And now, just when Newt is pulling ahead of Romney again in the polls they are doing all they can to obliterate him.

We have arrived at a critical juncture, The stooge that has been set up to lose to Obama is in serious trouble.

Newt, a man with the ability to crush Obama in the general election, once again, against all odds, rises to the occasion, ready to do battle.

The RINO elite have come to the conclusion that Obama, due to vote fraud, MSM backing, the size of his war chest, and his willingness to break any rule or law.. will prevail in November. And so they bring forth yet another weak candidate to hopefully lose gracefully and perhaps enable them to retain some power in the House and Senate and thereby maintain access to the perks of power.

Newt is a man of awesome intellectual abilities, not a perfect man, nor a humble man to be sure. But he is a man who has humbled himself before God and made his peace with his demons.

The corrupt Chicago machine seeks to exhume the corpse of Newt’s past and parade it before the electorate in a desperate attempt to destroy him before he can rout the anointed GOP nominee and in so doing become a mortal threat to Obama.

They know that Newt is a fearless warrior who will not shrink from airing the stinking load of soiled laundry that is the Obama administration. He will not be silenced, he cannot be intimidated, he stubbornly refuses to be controlled. He will say that which they dread to hear. He is their worst nightmare sprung to life.

When Newt exercised power what did he do? what were the results of what he did? Were you pleased? These are the true measure of the man.

If we fail to support Mr Gingrich at this critical time I feel we will be abandoning our one best hope to stop this nation’s slide into an immoral abyss. We will have cried out for a champion to save us, and then when God raised up a Gideon, we refused him because he was not a perfect man.

There was ever only one perfect man.....all the rest can only beg forgiveness and strive to do the best they can.

(Gideon, from the Hebrew: which means “Destroyer,” “Mighty warrior”, or “Feller of trees”)

My wife and I stood outside a rather innocuous funeral home in Santa Monica late one evening some years ago. We grieved for the man who lay inside and for the state of the union. It was at that moment that I promised to learn about and start acting instead of b@#ching about the country and it’s state.

Now, in 2012, I see the only man left standing who was apart of the departed mans dream and his revolution. That man is Newt. May he be guided by divine providence and hear the souls of our greatest leaders and founders.

Am I thrilled with Newt? Nope. Was and still am a Palin guy at heart. But I respect the good he HAS done and that good is considerable. That’s enough to get my support and my vote.

Until Jim Robinson himself is ready to run for president Newt will have to do.

Go Newt go!!

...fire breathing, piss 'n vinegar types don't impress me, they rarely live up to their own billing.

You've obviously never lived through 'interesting times'. I can assure you, that no matter how secure your personal situation is right now, it won't feel anything like that, if we get another four years of the Obama nightmare.

This country will become so unrecognizable, that you'll be begging for one of those fire breathing, cigar chomping, piss 'n vinegar, bulldog types to lead us back to sanity.

This isn't politics as usual. We're in a war for our very survival as a nation. In times like these, a bare knuckled fighter who takes no prisoners, is precisely what you need at the top. Humility ranks mighty low on the list of attributes of the type of person who can pull our bacon out of the fire right now.

I concur in your opinion.

Is a Newt-Romney fight a Reagan-Ford fight (Conservative-Moderate) or is it more a Nixon-Rockefeller fight where both men were in the “Moderate” camp with Nixon using red meat attacks on the media to draw conservative support?

Regardless, the party insiders and what Sarah Palin calls “the machine” want Romney and Newt winning isn’t in their plans.

Good post. I am a Santorum fan, but we also have to remember that whoever is potus needs to be able to communicate to the people WHY we can no longer spend like drunken sailors. The MSM will eviscerate a conservative president who tries to cut the reckless spending, but Newt has the ability to take it to the people to explain what he is doing and why it will benefit everyone. That was one of the main problems with GWBush- he never countered the attacks of his detractors.
