LOL. Just trying to introduce some facts. We report, you decide.
Obvious to me that the Mitt handlers said no matter what don't laugh. Keep those eye brows furrowed the entire debate ...it'll look real presidential.
That is disgusting. I hope whoever did it is arrested and sent to jail. This is a Democrat tactic and should be beneath the dignity of Republicans, not to mention the horrible cruelty involved.
exactly! I don't know why Republicans go on all these debates. The just keep demonstrating why they are called the "stupid party."
This is the Norman Bates Debate, man!
You should be able to get the live link here:
Paul is a flaming, utopian idiot on FP. Worse than Obama, certainly worse than Hilary Clinton who has more international common sense than he has. I wish he would just stick to economic issues and size of fed gov. stuff.
What’s going on with Ron Paul? He is sucking up to Newt.
It is relative.
Compared to Vietnam and Afghanistan we did win WWII quickly.
Brian Williams is a Democrat.
Why would anyone expect him to play the part of journalist, when Brian is a Liberal Democrat OPERATIVE.
If Newt Wins, he needs to revamp the Republican Primaries and Debates.
1. No open Primaries, if you aren’t Republican, you don’t get to vote in a Republican Primary.
2. No Republican Primaries hosted by Liberal Democrats.
3. No planting of a crowd in a Republican Primary who’s main objective is to not let any spontaneous clapping take place.
The liberals are an Assault on our Freedoms. Not allowing anyone to clap? DIsgusting.
Willard is desperate. And boring.
This debate is/was a non-event. Mitt needed a knockout to change the momentum. He didn’t get it. Of course, the media will try to spin it into something it wasn’t.
Everyone needs to send NBC and Brian Williams a message, congratulating them for having a two-hour presidential debate without even once mentioning the incumbent president. Who knew it was even possible?
Adam Smith as guest questioner! Now that seems appropriate.
LOL! and Williams monotone voice..zzzzzzzzzzzzzz...here comes the Tampa Bay press!!!! ut oh
Hmm... that female moderator looks kinda hot.
I also liked how Santorum described his efforts to reform Fannie/Freddie and what the democrats in the Senate did to keep the housing for hobos/illegals scam alive.
Oh, goodie. Maybe some panelists with a pulse??????
Yes, sir. He is.
Newt and Paul do seem to be good buddies tonight. Interesting.

I’m no fashion expert; but I think Romney needs to wash the grease out of his hair. A Presidential race has to be debilitating, and I feel sorry for all of them; but it does separate the men from the boys. It seems like to me that Romney’s been after this brass ring for so long that he has grown tired of it.
WOW - all Newt has to do from now on is just bring that up and enlighten the public every time Mittens begins to dog him on F/F.
Morticians on stand by....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Newt missed a chance to laugh at Mittens and say there you go again.
NBC is DESPERATELY trying to make this the “GOP IS WARMONGERS!” debate.
At least Obama and Hilary are in the right political party.
No, he did not. Newt was saying that American has never wanted to go to war but has only done so when it was necessary to protect our national interest.
I actually agree a little with Ron Paul ... not much, but a little.
I don’t believe in wasting money and manpower in the middle east.
I dont’ care who they elect. They are a primitive, cruel people we can never trust.
We should get out and concentrate on intelligence and if a nuclear weapon is found, we should bomb it after fair warning to the population to get out.
If anyone is truly interested, then they should do what Newt said. Go read about it on his site. No way NBC is going to allow him the time to answer, fully.
Romney does not have his usual self-assured, arrogant air tonight. His eyes look tired, a bit blood shot, suggesting he has not been getting a lot of sleep the last few days. It shows in his appearance. He looks tense and stiff. If this was the same Romney we saw in NH, he would be doing better.
Santorum is responding well on foreign policy, looks relaxed and self-assured, to his credit. Ron Paul sounds better tonight than last week.
Newt is holding up very well. He has a lot of Cuban support in Florida and this is gong to be important. He is doing just fine, no big problems tonight so far.
Nbc is pretty slick taking the audience out of the equation, really minimizes the debate all together.
With RP sucking up to Newt, I can see Paulbot heads exploding all over.
I think whoever wins depends on the ignorance or lack of it of the voters and whether they want to wade through details of financial records, ethics charges and rewritten history of the 90’s.
Just as I posted “I wish I had a mole in the audience” - you had posted a revelation you could have been my mole! Doggone it! If you find out from friends how they schooled the audience about applause during the breaks, please ping me.
THREAD TO ERUPT
Indeed....I’m thinking the “naughty librarian” scenario here...
Rick kicking the Obama Administration’s ass over the current realities of IRAN. He won’t let up. He knows this issue backwards and forwards. Good job. Lots of facts, he has the goods on the mullahs. “Obama is RECKLESS”.
Rick Santorum just gave Beth (female moderator) a “I want you babe” look when she was asking him a question.
One thing Santorum and Paul have never said.
“In a Santorom presidency”
“In a Paul presidency”.
One reason for this. It’ll never happen but neither one of them have enough sense to get the hell out and let Newt stomp the hell out of the liberal.
He does not like Romney.
That's really what you heard? Geez, we must be listening to two different debates. I thought Gingrich's point was very clear: historically, the American people have no interest in going to war, as in, we *don't want to* have to go to war. We'd prefer not to.
That was definitely an incorrect statement concerning WWII. Long lines of volunteers formed at recruiting stations after Pearl Harbor. He chose to latch onto isolationism rather than the American response once attacked.
Please start a thread on this and place in a prominant place
It's not just the studio audience. This just sucks.
