But he was also speaking out against Cap and Trade on the House floor the same day that Gore was hawking it.
You’re correct. Newt explained this the last time (a couple of months ago) Nancy threatened this. He said if she were to do that, she should immediately be brought up on charges. Not only unethical but against the law.
