I just cannot see anything of the OWS crowd trying to start a nationwide protest because the courts are finding that Obama “Failed to qualify”.
Just who indeed would take to action if Obama was red stamped and got the stage hook?
i for one would see those that had their sould sold on a socialist lifestyle yes. Those that want the rich paying for everything, yes I could see Acorn re-emerging.
I downloaded the PDF too- within minutes of it being released I knew it was a forgery (I have done imaging software for a living- I am qualified enough to be an expert witness in court)
If the forgers had just flattened the PDF image (compressed all the layers to one) ALL of this would have been moot- we could have imagined there was layers from the anomalies in the document, but there would be no proof.
The fact that they forgot to compress the layers WAS THE SINGLE BIGGEST ERROR.
It shows specifically all the errors in font sizes, alignment, pixel size, image curvature, etc.
If there was only something UNDER one of the layers that was covered- then he would be doomed. But at least they were smart enough to erase things first. (easiest first step on the first layer)
I hope the judge is just being efficient so he does not get overturned for some technically of his own.
Here in GA, that would take about 15 minutes. Maybe less.
We are a fairly well-armed bunch.

This would provide political cover and incentive for anyone seeking to repeal and overturn those laws.

I’m in the courtroom of Judge Michael Malihi, awaiting arguments in a case attempting to remove Barack Obama from the 2012 Georgia presidential ballot.
Roughly 100 people are in the courtroom, most of them older white Americans. The conversations are thick with various birthed theories being bandied about.
Dressed tastefully in black and wearing a pearl choker, The redoubtable Orly Taitz swept in a few minutes ago, making a star’s entrance amid whispers of “look, there she is!”

Thanks. Not sure if no attorney wants to help her or she has too big of an ego to let others help her. This is major major major - a whole firm should be handling it. While it’s cut and dry - it would be good to have many involved in having the t’s crossed and get it over with. I’m sure that would help the judge, also. God bless this judge and Orly, too!
That is probably inevitable regardless of the outcome of this case. It's what community organizers organize for.
General rule -don’t tick off the judge. I just hope he doesn’t get impatient with Orly’s line of questioning. She is a little circuitous - like she’s trying to prove a case rather than just present a case.
So far, I think this is going well. But after SO MANY false starts and failures on so many fronts, I just really want this to go smooth.
The fact that these are sworn testimonies and are now a matter of record is very good. IMO Obumo has made a serious mistake not sending his flying monkeys to discredit the testimonies given thus far.

Exactly my take on this. I’m having trouble believing we are actually seeing all this stuff we’ve been reading about for a few years actually getting presented in a courtroom for the record.

Witness doing a good job. Sampson is giving a convincing witness testimony.
Simple minded attempt at diversion, IMO. Concentrating attention on the “whacked out birther attorney” instead of the evidence presented.

I also don’t think Obama is loving this, events like this make him knee jerk and he knows that. Look at how he blew up at Brewer and the fact he just walked away from her in mid sentence.

There are 3 separate hearings and this was the core of plaintiff Carl Swensson’s case. And agree with you.
