Core argument - BHO’s father was not a U.S. citizen, therefore he was a citizen, but not a natural born citizen. An NBC must have two U.S. citizen parents. BHO not being a NBC, he is not eligible to be President.
As an aside, this is no doubt the definition of NBC I was taught in grade school in the 60s and 70s.

If you do not see any black people in the courtroom, wait until you see the courthouse steps after the hearing. You will see NO media (other than perhaps a local news channel or two). No cameras, microphones stuck in peoples faces, news trucks, etc. Imagine if this were a hearing of this type for Newt, Romney, Herman Cain, Rick Santorum, etc. The people would not be able to walk out the front steps of the courthouse for the news media.
