Yesterday, we told you a storm was coming to Georgia regarding Obamas eligibility and the questions surrounding whether or not his name will appear on that states 2012 ballot.
There was no calm before the storm.
We expected activity leading up to this mornings proceedings but the flurry and scope of that activity was indeed heated.
Obamas attorney, Michael Jablonski, who has tried everything he could think of in the last couple of weeks to get his client out of this, got desperate yesterday. Jablonski fired off a letter to Georgias Secretary of State making it clear that as far as HE was concerned, there was nothing to the case and neither he nor his client, Obama would participate.
Here is the final paragraph from that letter.
We await your taking the requested action, and as we do so, we will, of course, suspend further participation in these proceedings, including the hearing scheduled for January 26.
In essence, Jablonski was ordering the Sec. of State in Georgia to call it off and as you can well imagine, that didnt sit well with Secretary of State Kemp.
Kemp, just a few hours later, fired off a response, the final paragraph of which is offered below.
Links to our articles containing both letters in full will be provided at the end of this article.
The National Patriot commends Sec. Kemp for his quick and decisive action and clear call for these proceeding to occur as scheduled.
That is the correct and proper way to put it.
Kemp told Jablonski to stick it where the sun dont shine and if he wants to cry hell GIVE him something to cry about.
Thats the unfiltered version.
This morning, at 9am EST, in a courtroom in Georgia, the case regarding Obamas eligibility to be on the Georgia ballot will proceed.
For those who would like to do a little light reading, a link to the brief filed by the plaintiffs will also be provided at the end of this article.
Obama? No HE wont be in Georgia this morning. Obama is too busy, according to his attorney, performing the duties of his office to attend. That of course leads us to believe it is the duty of his office to be in Nevada and Colorado campaigning for a 2nd term.
Depending on the outcome of this case, Obamas name might not appear on the Georgia ballot, and perhaps not on other states ballots either making one of the duties of his office wasting time campaigning for nothing.
We can hope cant we?
With all the histrionics of Jablonski over the last few weeks, trying everything he could think of to get Obama out of this, its nice to know, one way or the other, action is being taken. Either way the decision goes, expect a quick appeal to be filed.
Todays proceeding will not be the end of this but the beginning in a legal sense.
Our collective hats are off to Dr. Orly Taitz, The Liberty Legal Foundation and John Dummett Jr. for their dogged pursuit of justice in this matter. Its been a long and rough road but their determination is the stuff of true Patriots.

Looks like the real thing.
Summary judgement in favor of the plaintiff.
Obama is not on the primary ballot.
The media ignores it. Obama is the ‘rat nominee anyway, by default.
General comes around, Taitz tries to keep him off the ballot, media ignores the previous ruling, probably ignores the next ruling keeping him off the ballot in Ga, everyone else goes about the election as if nothing is amiss.
The Obamas and any other politician “of color” is ENTITLED to live a royal lifestyle at public expense because of the legacy of slavery, and if you complain about it, you’re a racist.
Maybe Georgia will be the first domino? I hope so.
Online and watching.
I’m glad my sewing machine is right by my desk; I can sew Valentine’s gifts while listening. =)
At 8:59am the feed died.
When the attorneys got up to go see the judge, were they all plaintiff attorneys? Or was there anyone for the defense?
Same thing happened to me, but it’s working on one of the alternate sites now.
The clerk just told the plaintiff’s and defendant’s attorneys that he would like to have a conversation with them in his chamber for a few minutes. They’ve left the courtroom and entered his chambers. Nothing more yet.
I reloaded the page (took quite a while) and the feed came back. A woman came out at about 9:02 and said the Judge wanted to speak to all of the Plaintiff (and Defendant) attorneys, they followed her out.
All I can hear is coughing, and my page won’t scroll down so I can see any people.
I don’t see any black people there. Nothing intended, just pointing this out.
The lawyers from both sides are still in the judge’s chambers.
Ok, I saw a black person, just to the lower left.
