G.W. Bush was elected in 2000. Since it was 1997, I assume the writer meant G. Herbert W. Bush.
OH! [head slap] You’re right, only Clinton was Prez in 1997.
George H.W. Bush left office in 1992. So it must of been George W. Bush post 2000 sometime.
How does that sound? You know, we both sound crazed!!
