Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi who's fighting to repeal ObamaCare appeared on Greta, tonight, defending RomneyCare. She says Romneys health care plan is not the same as ObamaCare and, in fact, Romney's plan reduces costs. She goes on to say that Romney wants all states to impose similar laws (including mandates) and that she and is all for it.
She went on to explain that she's going to be on Romneys Health Care Advisory Team when hes president!
What this means is that while Romney may say he wants to repeal ObamaCare, he actually agrees with it. He believes that RomneyCare, ie, ObamaCare is a model health care plan and all states should impose similar plans.
RomneyCare and ObamaCare are the same thing. The only difference is that Romney's was imposed at the state level where Obama's was imposed nationally.
RomneyCare = ObamaCare = taxpayer funded abortion = death panels = socialism = government force = fascism = tyranny!!
So Romney and his co-conspirators in the GOP establishment are now planning a National Healthcare Task Force to impose top-down government run national healthcare on all 50 states!!
We all know what Reagan said about government by a group of elites and that socialism would be imposed on America through socialized health care. Well, welcome to the Socialist States Of America if Romney is elected.
If the GOP does this then the hell with them!!
This is tyranny!!
We are the resistance!!
Rebellion is on!!
Go, Tea Party!!
Go, Newt!!
Live free or die!!
And she’s the lead on one of the court cases against Obamacare.
Florida is becoming Massachusetts South.
Exsqueeze me, but isn’t Florida one of the states suing over Obamacare? I am pretty sure McCollum (AG at the time) was the first state AG to sue Obama admin. Bondi is nuts...
You’re not wrong Jim. What is it with these so-called Conservative Republicans? So many have sold their souls to the power devil just to stay in the power crowd that can do something for them. I’m disappointed in Pam Bondi......along with many others.
And if Bain Capital figures out someway to make money off of Romneycare, then Romney will be able to say that attacking Romneycare is the same as attacking capitalism.
She is either an idiot or thinks everyone else is

I am a Floridian, and I just don’t know why I cannot get through to my fellow Statesmen that Romney will NEVER repeal 0BowMaocare!
I heard that interview. My impression was that she sold herself to the Romney camp for political considerations, the very thing many of us are fighting against.
It’s either NEWT or 3rd Party for me.
NO OBAMNEY!
She sounds like just another Socialist: “It’s been a disaster everywhere else it’s been tried, but WE can do it.” Yeesh.
It is still tyranny if the states are forced into little Romneyesque cares by the Feds.
The only way Romney isn’t raked over the costs is if he disavows Romneycare as a huge mistake.
Yup. And how would Obama use this in an attack on Romney if he gets the nomination? Pardon me, it wouldn’t be an attack. If he says that Romney actually wants to impose Obama/RomneyCare on the states, he’d just be saying the truth.
And if Bondi argues for RomneyCare and it’s mandates and favors imposing similar plans on all 50 states, how in the hell can she possibly argue against ObamaCare in the Supreme Court? This is NUTS!!
Romney is a sure loser.
Ping!
Is there a link to the video?
Jim, cat’s are irrelevant on the new planet.
One is that she will sell her soul for an appointment to the Romney government.
But the real zinger is that this story is the tip off that Romney will not repeal obummer care.
Remember that one of his advisers said earlier in the week that obummer care would never be repealed, only modified.
Now this story.
After Romney gets in, he will come to the conclusion after long and thoughtful study that repealing obummer care is not possible because......
Fill in the blanks with whatever....and it will not be repealed.
We are about to get snookered.
You’re not wrong. She who cannot be named telegraphed the GOP Elites’ plan last night with a tweet that said:
“States can establish a religion, fed govt can’t. states can require health insurance, fed govt can’t.”
So they want to use the 10th amendment to shove RomneyCare down our throats. WTF happened to her?!
Bondi had “political climber” written all over her before she opened her mouth. Cute, smart and a climber at the expense of the country throwing in with Myth.
GRETA will rerun in 10 minutes. If there is a coherent difference between Romney and Obama we’ll see it, but I gotta ask, whose version are we going to believe going in, Rush’s, or Bondi’s, which comes with a check and a resume enhancer? No contest.
Also, Greta spent the day with Newt. I believe she got the scoop on Bondi, and I thought Greta, at sign off with Bondi, was chilly and gave her rather short shrift. Pam, however, remained cheerfully on Cloud 9 with her new appointment to the Romney team. blech.
ON THE RECORD
Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi goes ON THE RECORD at 10pm!

Attorney General Pam Bondi is one of the leaders in the state challenges to the national health care law. She is pleased with the news out of Washington today.
The US Supreme Court announced today that it WILL take the case and WILL decide whether the national health care law is constitutional or not. The main focus, but not total focus, is on the individual mandate clause. Is that clause within the commerce clause power of the government or not? In other words, can Congress pass a statute requiring you to buy health insurance?
I have no idea what the Court will decide. I have heard both sides say I am confidant I dont know what they are drinking since no one knows how the Supreme Court will decide this issue.
It was obvious the Court would take the case and decide it but what no one knows is WHAT the Supreme Court will decide. We should expect a decision by the end of June 2012 (6 months prior to the November election.)
No third party.
Instead, write in Newt.
Get enough write ins and he could win it.
A state can nationalize an industry?
Haven’t seen one. Will post a link and or transcript as soon as available. I’m guessing there will be another replay tonight on Faux News.
It was discussed on this thread during the show starting at or about post 60:

Are these people that confident that they are going to rub our noses in this 4 days before the vote in Florida?
This could flip things around in a hurry.
Obamacare is hated in God’s Waiting Room.
Without bashing Pam, the book on her is that she has handlers who keep her from veering off topic.
Apparently, they had the night off.
Nice girl, despite the naivete...but perhaps in over her head.
true, Take a second look at Rick, he is the true conservative

Same impression, a real dissapointment, she is a great actor for sure. She looked bought and sold on that segment.
Maybe Lincoln was wrong?
Nuff said.
I’ve been saying all along...
He destroyed Massachusetts with Romneycare and he still agrees with this policy! Of course he would wish to implement this all over the country.
This man needs to be stopped! He would probably dismantle the whole country too just to rebuild the way he does with companies! Not good.... Not good.....
Statism run riot. And THIS is a "conservative?"

The only cat she’s let out of the bag is that she is an Establishment GOP type. Too bad, though. In my eyes, she was always not guilty. But now? Well, she’s dead, Jim. Dead.
Send them the video, then you don’t have to explain it to them.
Think GM.
How she can justify wasting state taxpayer money fighting Obamacare when as soon it's overturned, she's going to institute the same program in her state? Isn't that like fighting to overturn Roe vs. Wade and then passing taxpayer-funded abortion for all in your state immediately after? This is one reason people need to be clearer when they're arguing issues of states' right. We have to talk about why these policies are bad whether they're implemented by the federal government or a state government. Isn't it nice how she waited until right after the debate to reveal this, and now there isn't another debate for 3 weeks? This is the article the other day when Romney advisor Norm Coleman said Romneycare won't be repealed. The Romney camp said he was wrong later... It reminds me of what Billy said in Gremlins after he fed the Mogwai and then noticed they tore the wire on the clock and it was actually after midnight...
"What's going on here?"
This is the moment when the nice, cuddly Republicans who seemed so friendly suddenly morph into the slimy, nasty, monstrous socialists that they were all along.

Romney Advisor: No Obamacare Repeal
I’ve come to the stark realization over these many years and peaking in the last week that if you run or align yourself with the RNC, than you are completely beholden to it (including some tea party candidates) It’s almost like the RNC hold our reps patent.
We need conservative candidates who are brave enough to drop the (R).
I know this sounds like 3rd party talk and maybe it’s some frustration as well. But, it seems like the 2 parties are coalescing into one. A closet dictatorship.
Two weeks ago, Bondi appeared on Faux Sunday here in Tampa. She was arguing with two Leftists AGAINST Obamacare.
Now to find out she’s prostituting herself for Willard?!
I wonder what the promised price of betrayal was?
{Wonder when people will wake up. }
Ever notice those great medical breakthrough treatments that get announced, they are almost always available 5 or 10 years down the road, of course you have a disease that will kill you in 1 or 2 years.
That is where we are in this situation, there is a cure just ahead, but we probably will not live to see it.
You’re not wrong. How these people can claim to have any allegiance to Republicanism and the Constitution is beyond me. Show me one Founding Father who ever put forward the notion that it was their aspiration and hope that one day Americans would be forced by the government to purchase products they didn’t want to purchase.
I’ll write in NEWT in a hearbeat..good idea.
Well, we now know what she is. And what Mitt is for procuring her “services.”
