I agree it is NOT a Constitutional issue.
It's a legislative issue.
Actually, the fool and his boss probably thinks there aren’t any!
“We will NOT comply!” should become the rallying cry of the next American Revolution. Actually, it will be less of a revolution and more of a fumigation of all those “progressive” cockroaches.
Wonder if anyone will ask Romney about this. Will he say “It’s nothing to get angry about!”
Would we expect any less from a White House that doesn’t have a Constitutionally qualified occupant?
Now, about that “Separation of Church and State” thing.
When the left’s behavior appears to be contradictory,
you’re too close to the issue,
and you’re believing what they say their position is on the issue.
Back up, see the bigger picture, realize that they have another agenda.
They are anti-Christians. Simple as that.
Homos and Muslims are on the same side in this fight.
Now if we can get another million or so people to stop paying their taxes we will really be getting somewhere. STARVE THE BEAST. Short of an all out revolt this is the best way to get something done. NO MONEY, NO POWER.

These people think the Constitution is more like... guidelines.
There is no salvation in the Courts. They’re the ones who started chipping away at the free exercise of religion in the first place. In the schools and now at sporting events. Also the Courts are crooked and corrupt.
Why not?

Do you believe it is somehow inappropriate to fight The Antichrist at every level and with every tool?
Do you have a list of appropriate tools and venues for a spiritual battle?

Not Roman Catholic (I’m one of your heathen Protestants) but I wonder, will Obamacare try to force RC physicians, nurses and hospitals to perform abortions, dispense contraceptive materials and information, etc ?
Sort of a side note but goes along with the theme of 0bamacare and religion....IIRC, Muslims are to be exempt from the mandates of 0bamacare, due to they do not believe in (having or paying for) insurance. Does anyone know if this is correct?

Small business owners across this nation can bring this out of control govt to its knees by not paying their taxes. STARVE THE BEAST!!!
Why haven’t we mobilized? It needs to be done before it’s too late.
You fight them in the courts and in the political arena first. Only after failing there can we escalate to next level like civil disobedience, and only they can escalate the situation to violence.
Two things to remember:even though we are out among wolves we are instructed to be as wise as serpents and as innocent as doves. The SCOTUS just shot another interference into religious liberty down 9-0 and 6 of the 9 justices are at least nominally Catholic- Roberts, Thomas, Scalia, Alito, Kennedy and Sotomayor- and so have some insight as to what this means to the Church.
Yes. God cannot manage His Will without a favorable federal court ruling! The Bible instructs us to pool our Godly monies and pay a talkshow host and Judicial Watch to do His pleadings to the highest of high Circuit Courts!
