If Romney beat Newt by a “landslide” 14 points, Newt OBLITERATED Santorum by an embarassing 20 point spread after being attacked by Romney and the GOP-E for ten days. Rick is delusional.

well... even Reagan lost in 1976 to a moderate insider (Ford) but came back and swept it in 1980. Remember it was at the convention that Reagan made that amazing speech, and everyone suddenly realized that they had made an HUGE mistake by not backing him over the idiot Ford.

I would vote for Newt if he ran 3rd party.

I think our best chance is for all candidates to stay in through the convention (Romney can drop out, idc) and result in a brokered convention. I don’t think Newt can handle Mitt 1-on-1 but with Santorum strong in the midwest and Paul in the caucuses we could still get Anyone But Romney.

Yes, rick is delusional. He could not carry his own home state against the dumbest man ever to run for political office. If Santorum were running for student council president, he might have a chance. But, pres of the United States? It ain’t gonna happen. I sure wish he wuld pull out and let romny and Gingrich battle it out on an even field.

Newt might not be bluffing but will the voters ahead fold their tents and give up after Florida and the Romney-friendly territory ahead throughout Feb. like Mormon-heavy Nevada where he won about 51% in 2008 and Michigan where his dad was governor, he was born, and he won with 39% in 2008 or Maine which he won with about 52% in 2008?

WHERE does Newt make a stand in February? Arizona is the end of the month; there's almost no debates.

Plus Romney’s win percent is shrinking after starting 51-28, a 23 point win is down to 14 with 5 percent yet to report. I think they are holding that last 5 percent because Romneys final win will be down to 45-33 and not look so big in the end.

The Georgia primary is March 6 and from what I hear, it has more delegates than Florida!

Check out the polls by state on the RCP page from this video.

Gingrich STILL LEADS ROMNEY in the national polls.

It's going to be a slugfest.

did ya see the guy on Hannity say Rubio isn’t a NBC and Sean laughed at him? OMGoodness . . . Sean is such an idiot. He doesn’t even know what a NBC is. I like Rubio but facts is facts. Even Rubio knows it. That is why he smiles politely when asked about VP spot.

The reapportionment district map redraw by the Court has Texas in a full dead stop. We now don't even have a primary date, since no agreement over the weekend.

Dems are playing this to the hilt. Supreme Court chastised the 3 judge panel. But they are still obstinate.

When we get to vote (155 delegates) Mitt will get creamed. He can forget about TX and OK. He Will NOT carry the South.

Yup, I think Mitt got more of a headache now than ever, because Newt ain't bowing out. All he has is Florida and New Hampshire. I hears Mitt will lose Michigan.

We just need to stress 3 key items:

Obamacare was drafted from Romneycare.
Romney is pro abortion and pro gun control.
George Soros likes Romney

Seems to me Romney went all in and blew 10% of his expected wallet. For one state? For one percent of the delegates?
Quick math for him to win majority delegates would be he needs to spend $1 per vote or there about.

Burn baby! You can only spend so much to get to yes and then you are bankrupt against Obama, who will be able to outspend you 5 or 6 to 1.

Good luck making that work.
