The rules haven’t changed. Florida chose to move its primary up and ALSO wants to be winner take all.
You have to choose. Can’t have both.
Those were in place before the primary and you can have whatever you want (IMO) IF you decide before hand.
Rats are the ones that change the rules after the game starts, do we really want to go there?

Ya left out all that Newt Gingrich DID get accomplished.
Then Left out that he was railroaded by EVERYONE (except a few) from both sides of the isle and conveniently left out the problem of no support. There was no Fox News, No internet network to give us the truth.
