It was predictable that President Barack Obama would pander again to entitlement sentiments. This time involves the misguided belief that everyone is entitled to homeownership, even at the government's the taxpayers' expense.
But the president's audacity is a bit much to take, even for an election year.
Mr. Obama wants to effectively bail out borrowers who owe more than their homes are worth by having taxpayers assume the risk of borrowers defaulting. . .

Whats prolonging the pain is the economy. When people can’t find work they cannot pay their mortgage.
Its really pretty simple.
It is, but obama's disciples, a/k/a, obama voters, do not understand it.They only understand,"our savior, master, and leader is trying to save us from these evil Republicans".
obama announces HE will sell the foreclosed homes to investors. I assume that means HE will chose who those investors are and HE will determine how much HE will charge the buyer.
HE will also determine who is “responsible” if they’re current and want to refinance and HE will tell the banks exactly how they must do it.
If this doesn’t prove there is no opposition party I don’t know what will. What gives this “man” the authority to do what he does? Oh, I don’t know. Could it be.........SATAN!
