Really? Because as part of my job in a former profession, I dealt more than a few times with rape cases and while my experience may have been of a small sample, I have to disagree.

No I actually adore babies.....but I am not going to deign to make a decision of that magnitude for a rape victim.

I come from a Law Enforcement/Military background so the cop part of my make-up takes over when discussing certain subjects. Someone who has been raped is a rape victim....I know of no other term for them within the context of the situation.
