Open for discussion.
If the person running that particular caucus is not above board, and if peopkle start leaving...I can see how they can stay back and say “Oh what the hell, sign me up to be an Alternate”.....or some such...YES, I can see it happening...did it happen in the one I facilitated? Not only no, but HELL no! :-) BUT...I can see it happening, or they voluynteer to be a delegate during the “voting” but do not declare they are Paul voters......that can and does happen VERY often.

It very well could be the hat-trick for Santorum tonight. Sweet.
comment by former Bush’s spokesman on CNN is right on:
Tonight is about PEOPLE REJECTNG ROMNEY !!!
Rick Santorum 795 42%
Mitt Romney 574 31%
Newt Gingrich 306 16%
22% reporting
I couldn’t be a delegate this time around due to family matters, but I’ve done it before and it is actually quite enjoyable. It’s quite informal and people are put into small groups to talk about platform issues and candidates. In my experience, there’s a lot of camaraderie and good and reasoned debate. I plan on doing it the next go round. Hope to see you there! :)

Newt has the leadership in the argument for a Republican President, I’d hope Newt stays in long enough to at least keep the clarity of what America is up against, politically speaking.
Hope so. Romney's up next and he's in Colorado. Probably waiting until the counting is a bit further along. All those counties along the CO/UT border are probably his strongholds.
Santorum doesn’t use teleprompters. And the freedom theme is one he’s been making on the stump all along the way.
I picked Rick too.
Romney is pushed aside not strong.

Oh noez
all them there bigots...
Poor widdle Willie Mitty...
Waiting to hear his victim speech...
sound turned way down...
For Newt I usually have it up
Newt has great American music...
2 out of 3 ain’t bad ;o)
Michael Steele said immediately after FL that the rules were passed under his presidency. There were no exceptions made for Florida or any other state.
The current President wrote a letter to the Florida GOP in December telling them that according to the rules the should distribute the delegates proportionately.
FL basically said to hell with you. We don't have to follow no stinkin rules.
SO it's being challenged. They have absolutely no grounds to do what they did.
Read the rules....They're at the link at the bottom of the t shirt.
The “Real” winner tonight is Newt.
Newt will win in the end, all the way till June and on..
why?
Because people are rejecting Romney, sure they seem
to notice Santorum, but tomorrow people will seek
for the Real Daddy, Newt that is.
It is so crystal clear who the real big bold leader is.
Thanks.
I just choked on my hershey kiss ~!!!!!!!!
But it was worth it cuz I dont care who ya are. That right there was funny ~
Primary Night Headline: "Emperor's Clothes Removed. Magic Underwear Revealed!"
Hank
To sum up:
Romney can’t win in the midwest, where Santorum is strong.
Romney can’t win in the South, where Gingrich is strong.
Romney may very well lose in ME, where Paul is strong.
Gingrich is poised to win OH, and is polling in a tie with Mitt in Michigan.
Santorum may well take CO from Mitt tonight.
Florida is looking like they will yield and do proportionate delegates. In which case, Gingrich, not Romney, will lead in total delegates.
Inevitable my ASS!
For the first time, I am beginning to believe we really ARE going to have a brokered convention!
“Kocks on wood”....
The percentage of those voting is very very low. Its disturbing a bit.
Well, I don’t think the county in Denver has been called yet and that will likely go Romney...still there are other counties.
Then what was he doing? Watching a tennis game? His head was going back and forth and his eyes were completely focused and never moved.
That sure looks like someone reading to me. If that’s his “glance at the crowd” look, then he needs more coaching.
We’ll see how it all shakes out. Either way, Romney doesn’t run away with anything in Colorado.
One of the Romney spawn is speaking..
Maybe hes not there
Thanks! Like I said in one of my posts, I can see that happening in Minneapolis, but not in my little town. The 10 Ron Paul voters in my caucus stuck out like sore thumbs. They all look like they came from some God-forsaken hippie commune and I swear I never have seen them before in town. Never. Not one of them was elected to be a delegate. :)
(that was a typo, right? ;-) LOL
Newt is a very strong leader.
Just look at how 0 has been handling Syria situation,
it has been months now, and he was just staring at it
like a deer caught in the headlight!
Newt knows how to solve problems head on!
We need a Real Big Bold Leader.
This is really good news. Now Romney will have to divide his money and lies between Santorum and Gingrich!
ROFLOL
Romney’s son up now, thanking all the pols in CO for supporting him. I recognize most of the names - the Republican political elite in CO.
Ugh, Mitten’s up now.
“They”? I first saw that here at FR by a Gingrich supporter. Later, another Gingrich supporter floated it several times in one thread, suggesting it was a good reason not to vote for Santorum.
That story would only help Santorum in a general election, and among Christians particularly. I hope Obama thinks it’s a good attack, it makes the attacker look petty. Attacking a candidate for something their spouse did before they met?
BTW, the story is true. When she first got out of college, she hooked up with a close family friend, who was a mentor to her. She needed salvation, and a 2nd chance at life. She found it with God, and in the company of Rick Santorum.
It’s not just any man of faith who could deal with a woman of that background, it shows great character and strength and love.
Romney is claiming that the CO “race is too close to call”
Do we have to listen to Mittens? Sheesh.
You betcha....
Please add me to your list.
CO. 26% reporting
Santorum 44%
Romney 28%
Gingrich 15%
Paul 13%
You are one of the people who helped Rick get where he is today. Thank you. You deserve a vest.
KARE-11(MN) 66% of districts reporting: Santorum 45%, Paul 27%, Romney 17%, Gingrich 11%.
CNN is adamant about a Mitt win, they have inside knowledge apparently. But it is funny to watch how they are so confused
CNN now has Santorum 41% Romney 31%
Mitt Roboma even uses a teleprompter for his concession speech, how pathetic!
You never know. We might have another one of those mysterious trucks with caucus results driving around lost in Colorado. LOL!
Watching Mitt’s speech in Colorado. With the exception of the one pretty young woman behind him with a bright smile. The rest of his podium crowd is looking pretty distracted!
Good news on the FL proportional delegates. I’d not heard that. Thanks for the update ping :)
Just got back from my caucus in southwest Minneapolis. Here are the results:
Romney: 6
Santorum: 5
Paul: 5
Gingrich: 2
In my caucus, you could spot the Paultards a mile away. They looked scruffy and called each other (as well as me) “Dude”.
I just knew that didn’t sound right. It is much like the system we have in Minnesota. Thanks for the info!
It's sort of like chewing on that piece of thin cardboard when you take too big a bite of the candy bar with it still in the wrapper -- tasteless and you spit it out. Yuk!
Why is it that when Romney gives a his speech after losing he always looks like he’s been crying?
Was kinda hopin Ron would take a dive into the Mosh Pit! What’s with Mittwit’s victory speech?
In my local CO caucus, Romney came in 3rd behind Gingrich and Santorum (1st) ... with Paul coming in a distance last place.
