Have you noticed the times when Romney ran into a little trouble, his overweening confidence seemed to evaporate. It was noticeable to me. This is so important.
Pundit comments:
Blitzer kept saying if Santorum wins CO, it will be an earthquake. Gergen keeps saying, I never saw this coming.
Now Brazille is saying, Mitt Romney has a problem. I am shocked Repubs rejected him in all three states.
LOL.. Now Santorum gets money, credibility, and media exposure.

Obviously Santorum is in the bag or Romney for VP.
Good night for Rick. He’s taken care of a lot of arguments tonight. Apparently, he CAN win, and he CAN beat Romney one-on-one.

The talking heads don’t live in PA. Santorum lost to Casey because of a lot of “other” reasons. Casey’s father was a popular pro-life governor who had recently passed away and a lot of Conservatives were upset because Santorum remained loyal to the party and endorsed Specter. There was also a lot of sentiment to rebuke Bush, and Santorum suffered for it.

It was pretty funny, but the SS guy did not look at all pleased. However, they also didn’t knock Romney down and jump on him to defend him (which would have been funny).

So losing CO this time would be an even larger defeat for him.
Fox news lamenting over Romney s defeat. One talking head spinning it as “good news” for Romney if Gingrich and Santo trade states over and over; that Romney will still accrue delegates.
Some idiot pundit on Fox News still says this is somehow good for Romney b/c it continues the campaign and he picks up delegates. I hate the pundits and pollsters and I’m glad they got proven wrong today!
Santorum 40% Romney 35%. Romney loses 25 percentage points from 2008.
