Yeah, yawn, great victory, no delegates.

Pond scum lawyer is being bankrolled by Romney supporters (stalking horse) and voted to force workers to belong to unions and pay dues against their will, then lost by 17% in his reelection because he endorsed Specter over Toomey.

Then he endorses that degenerate Romney in 2008, and his family in Italy are all communists.

Yeah a real "conservative".

In Mitt Romney’s speech he looks like he is on a Saturday Night Live skit as a stand up comedian...and even when Mitt Romney is trying a little humor, he’s not even good at that... phoney as a Pink Florida plastic Flamingo.

Here's Part of Rick Santorum's speech in Woodland Park, CO.
This video was uploaded from an Android phone by maddashecc on Feb 5, 2012. It's a little jerky, and it's 3 minutes 54 seconds long.

Yeah, yawn, great victory, no delegates.  Winning in Missouri, Minesota, and Colorado is impressive, whether you wish to be honest and acknowledge it or not.

Pond scum lawyer...  Rick Santorum is a decent person.  His children are home schooled.  He is not pond scum, and you're tearing nobody down but yorself by making that kind of a slander of him.

...is being bankrolled by Romney supporters (stalking horse) and voted to force workers to belong to unions and pay dues against their will, then lost by 17% in his reelection because he endorsed Specter over Toomey.  Then he endorses that degenerate Romney in 2008,...  I have no way of knowing how much of this is true, but the desperation to make Santorum look bad so folks can buy off on Newt is pathetic to watch.  We're not free to address Newt's shortcomings here right now, but boy some folks sure do get a kick out of tearing everyone else down with impunity.

I don't support everything that Santorum has done.  I at least acknowledge that I disagree with him stridently when I do, which is more than I can say for other candidate's apologists.

...and his family in Italy are all communists.  Seriously, this is so childish.  Are you responsible for what everyone in your family is or has done?

Yeah a real "conservative".  As opposed to who?  Opposed to some other very popular people, he actually is.

Prediction (just guessing):

Romney implodes.

RINOS stampede in panic.

They search far and way and quickly find a stand in, such as Jeb Bush or somebody else of name brand, to stand in the gap and be the RINO candidate at the GOP convention.

I am sure the RINOS have their own "Plan B" well in place, too, if the grassroots conservatives REVOLT, as they just proved in three states in the last 12 hours. Look for talking heads like Laura Ingraham, Karl Rove and others to harp it to death 24/7 as the only way to "unite the big tent and knock out Obama".

Because it basically means that his greatest propaganda tool doesn’t work on me.

I’m a Texas Baptist and disagree strongly with Catholic theology. Therefore, the whole “I’m a Christian” thing butts heads with my problems with prayers to Mary, Saints, co-redemption, and so on and so forth. It neutralizes the propaganda and makes me immune, which allows me to weigh Newt and Santorum on an equal level without caring about all the pictures Santorum puts out with his wife and kids, with all that heavy makeup he wears and the sun shining and rainbows and puppies, etc.

My home state of Colorado voted to kill pro-life initiatives, twice. Its a moderate state, what you would call a “swing” state. Yet it voted against Mittens on his strongest stomping ground - voting for a social conservative candidate. Mittens isn’t out but he’s in serious trouble after his big Florida and Nevada wins.

with all that heavy makeup he wears
Nixon didn't want makeup for the TV debates - how'd that work out for him?

Ronald Reagan said that nearly all movie actors had to wear heavy makeup or they just looked terrible on the screen. Reagan himself wore it at first, because that was the default - but someone suggested to Reagan that the next time he participated in a screen test of some newbie, that he not use the makeup to see if Reagan would be OK without it when he was acting for an actual move. Reagan did that, and afterward was allowed to act for movies without bothering with the makeup.

It was ironic when Reagan was running against Governor Brown, that the governor dismissed Reagan as "some actor in makeup" - but when they went on TV for a debate, Governor Brown was the only one wearing makeup.

The fact that he was able to act for the cameras without makeup wasn't what made Reagan a great president, tho . . .

When is Florida going to officially take those 50 delegate votes away from Romney that he didn't earn and split them between him and Newt? They are in violation of the rules that only FL primaries held on or after April 1 is "winner take all".

The rule is that "winner takes all" states cannot hold a primary before April 1.

You are right but mittens is still holding on to the full 50 delegates that FL allowed for having their primary moved up before April 1st. He shouldn't still be able to claim them. Instead, they should be divided between the others. What I can't understand is why it is taking so long to take those numbers down from his tally. If it stays at 50 when we go into the convention, their will be an interesting fight on the floor about this. Would be funny if the FL 50 causes him to lose the nomination on a technicality.

You raise an interesting possibility but I believe they’re way too invested in Romney and they’ll double down. He’ll go Tonya Harding on Santorum if the next round of polls looks bad for him.
Jeb Bush is not an option. Mitch Daniels likewise. Bad as Romney is, he is better than any other RINO they could put forward.

Keep writing polite but firm e-mails, letters to the editor, etc. Earn the respect of the fence sitter voters. We can still pull this out. The John boo hoo Boehners of our party must GO. We the People need to take charge before it’s to late. If not us, then whom shall it be?

I am happy for Rick Santorum but he wins no delegates and while upcoming Arizona is strong with evangelicals, Mittens is going to carpet bomb the airwaves with negative ads. It has started already.

The party elite have already anointed Mittens and that ain’t gonna change. They are going to drive him down our throat. In November, I will have to choose a Muslim or a Mormon. I may have to hold my nose and vote for Mitt Romney because I truly believe he will win the nomination, tonight’s results not withstanding.

So, who is the historical nitwit, the caller or Santorum? The French Revolution influencing the founders in the Declaration of Independence?

Santorum and the caller correctly said that America succeeded in part because the Founders believed their rights were God-given, while the French revolution put their trust in humanity and brotherhood.

One had a firm foundation; one did not.

Hi. The establishment types are indeed terrified. They know they can't put together a substitute for Myth in time to win the primary process. As to a brokered convention, there's no way the combination of Newt and Santorum delegates would allow a RINO to grab it (although they might try with Daniels). They do have lots of money. See tag line below.

Here's what I think might happen:

They'll get rid of Zero and throw their money at a Democrat, maybe even repackaging Hillary! as a "moderate."

They have plenty to get rid of Zero; all they have to do is have the media and the "moderate" Democrats crank up Fast and Furious. It would help them hold the Senate to be seen as supporting the Second Amendment. The problem there is that Hillary! is neck deep in the gunrunning scheme, indeed, perhaps at its root. So upon whom they'll settle in this scenario I really don't know.

Obviously the caller was a little confused trying to remember what Santorum said - frankly it’s not good form to mock a regular Jane calling in to talk radio and excited about freedom - but the essential point came through nonetheless.

He has even gone so far as to note that Willard has finished 3rd in Minnesota behind Paul.

Maybe we have found something we can all just get along about.
