More Voters Than Ever Blame Bush, Not Obama, for Bad Economy
Rasmussen Reports ^ | Thursday, February 09, 2012

Posted on 02/09/2012 7:35:51 AM PST by Skeez

Voter confidence in President Obama’s handling of the economy is at its highest level in a year’s time. That’s in line with the recent upticks in overall economic confidence and in Obama’s job approval ratings as measured by the Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll.

Forty percent (40%) of Likely U.S. Voters now rate the president’s performance in the economic area as good or excellent, according to a new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey. That’s up from 36% a week ago and is the highest positive finding since the first week in February 2011. Obama seldom has cracked the 40% mark in regular surveying since the first year of his presidency.

The surveys of 1,000 Likely Voters each were conducted February 4-5, 2012 and February 6-7, 2012 by Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error is +/- 3 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence. Field work for all Rasmussen Reports surveys is conducted by Pulse Opinion Research, LLC. See methodology.

How about blaming Barney Franks and his girlfriend Chris Dodd for their involvement with Fannie and Freddie? Don't forget to throw in the Democrat Congress and Franklin Rains.

America deserves what it gets. If people are really this incapable of rational thought and reason then they deserve the shackles they willingly vote to put themselves in to.

The GOP continues to pay a heavy price for electing the BIG SPENDING, compassionate socialist W. And the GOP still has not learned it’s lesson with big spending socialists like Romney and Santorum leading in the polls. GOPe wins again.

You got that right! Here's how it'll play out...

Obama will win this election because the job "numbers" will continue to improve, and because the Pubbies can't get it together with a decent candidate.

2016 will roll around, we'll get a similar batch of losers, and Hillary will be elected.

It'll be interesting to see what's left of the good ole US of A in 2024... the next time a Pubbie has a shot at being President.

Dependence on government is up 23% with 40+ million now on welfare.

The MSM has made the sheeple think that everything is fine.

They keep saying obama inherited a bad economy. What he inherited was a democrat-engineered, deliberate collapse.

It's actually Clinton's fault.

He refused to regulate those fraudulent derivatives, and the investment banks made them a trillion dollar business, encouraging mortgage lenders to issue loans for more than the property was expected to be worth, to people who weren't expected to be able to pay them. As soon as the ink was dry, the loan would be sold to a big investment house to be bundled up and split into tranches marked AAA!

The Warning

Typical subliminal ‘BigBrother’ propaganda. The survey says what they want it to say.
Kinda like, Congress means Republican, even though Harry Reid is a Democrat in charge of the Senate. Obama’s budget was voted down in the DEM Senate 97-0 but the Republcans are blamed.
Bizarro world.

Yes, but they vote as a block, and are easily duped, therefore making perfect Democrat(socialist/communist/islamist) voters.

Right, with just over 50% of the population now, either working for the Government, on Food stamps, (over 50 million) and quadruple the number on Welfare, it's easy to see why they think that Obama is their “Sugar Daddy”.

They are now living better under Obama than they ever have! After their “Unemployment” ran out, which most of them drew for over a year, they are automatically enrolled on Welfare, and Obama’s “Unemployment” statistics go down as a result, which the MSM reports, that the economy is “Booming”.

They have free, paid and unlimited Cell Phones, free wide band Internet, big screen HD TV’s and their cable is also paid for.

Obama has this thing figured out. These statistics are more than likely correct, unfortunately for us.

While I support Newt, calling Santorum a socialist makes you look like an idiot. I don’t think Rush and Levin would sing the praises of a socialist and they are a bit more credible than you are.
