Historians might have viewed the events of Thursday, January 26, 2012 in Atlanta, Georgia, as one of the singular events of American history, along with landmark events such as Lincolns signing of the Emancipation Proclamation; Lees surrender at Appomattox; the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor; and the Supreme Courts Brown v. Board of Education decision.
On that day, a trial was held in an Atlanta courtroom that would have a longstanding impact on state-federal relations, reversing the long downward trend toward the accumulation of power at the federal level, at the expense of the states. It was a trial in which ordinary citizens once again defended the concept that, in the United States, it is the people who rule, not the political elites.
~ SNIP ~
It was the day on which justice died a painful death in an Atlanta courtroom. The hearts of patriots are broken. An immediate appeal is in order.

The court is just following orders. They don't have prove anything. “Beyond a shadow of a doubt” does not apply in this case.
Meanwhile, The Constitution is being re-pulped into toilet paper.

This is a very detailed essay. More people should see this, especially the sandheads who don’t understand the NBC issue.

I don’t quite get the author’s key point. Why did justice die? The court ruled that Obama was not eligible to be on the ballot.

Senator Roark: Well, let me tell you a thing or two about power!
Power doesnt come from a badge or a gun. Power comes outta lying and lying big and getting the whole damn world to play along with you. Once you got everybody agreeing with what they know in their hearts aint true, you got em trapped. Youre the boss. You can turn reality on it s head and they ll cheer you on. You can make a saint out of a gibbering nut case like my high and mighty brother. You can beat your wife to death with a baseball bat like I did and leave your fingerprints all the hell over it and a dozen witnesses will swear on a stack of bibles you were a thousand miles away.
Theres what, maybe five hundred people in this hospital? Five hundred people and every blessed one of them would hear it if I was to pump you full of bullets. I could be standing here laughing and holding a smoking gun and I wouldnt even be arrested. I wouldnt even be arrested. I wouldnt have to say a word. They d cover it up for me, without me even asking them to! Lies. Theyd all lie for me. Every one of them who counts. Theyd have to. Otherwise all their own lies everything that runs Sin City it all comes tumbling down like a pack of cards.

We see this one hundred percent operative in Political Correctness, in it's virulent open form now for, what, 25 years?

What nonsense, it was an administrative court, has not one thing to do with the justice system. And the fools that brought the case were beyond stupid.
