I’m sitting close to the intersections of Alvarado st. & Del Money Avenue in coastal Monterey, California.
The hotel is across the street.
It’s rainy now, with 10 m.p.h. winds —terrible day for golfing or shopping for rich folks.
Because they evacuated the whole hotel some of the staff sought refuge from the rain in this structure I’m looking out of now, and they were spilling the beans about Mitt Romney being/having been there, and everything.
And that is consistent with the Matrix-style SUV’s there now, and numerous emergency vehicles responding.
The hotel staff told me the Secret Service is pissed off and giving the 3rd degree to a bunch of the hotel people (which I would understand).
