Just so we're clear, you think it's ok for the government to require a "free citizen" to obtain a license to exercise their God given rights do you?

The goal of this law is to make law abiding citizens CRIMINALS. Plain and simple.

You shoot someone who breaks into your house - you call 911 - the police show up and see the injured or dead suspect. They then ask who shot him - they then want to know if you had a firearm card - they then check to see if your guns are registered. If not then you are going to jail and face a felony.

You broke the law by shooting a criminal who broke into your house - because you didn’t register your gun.

This is also another way for the corrupt Government of Illinois to raise more money.

Money money money - for their bankrupt system.
