Seems fair to me. Then once the precedent is in they can charge more to all sorts of other people who engage in behaviors that run up health care costs.
Like homosexuals, crack addicts, pot smokers...you know, the Democrats’ key constituencies.
They logical next in line are 1) the overweight and 2) those who eat unhealthy diets.
It means the Feds get to inspect your medical records.
