BRIDGEPORT -- A 60-year-old city man arrested Thursday and charged with raping a 9-year-old girl on Christmas day told police investigators the girl actually attacked him, police said.
Norberto Millet, of Hollister Avenue, was charged with first-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor. He was being held in lieu of $250,000 bond. Police said Millet had been babysitting the girl while her family was at church attending Christmas day services.
According to police, the girl's mother recently noticed that her daughter was acting unusual, especially when Millet was around, and asked her what was wrong. Police said the girl told her mother she had promised Millet she wouldn't say anything. But she then wrote a note to her mother stating Millet had done something bad to her.
During a subsequent forensic interview, police said the girl told the interviewer that Millet had asked her for a hug, then pulled down her pants and raped her, police said.
When police confronted him about the girl's allegations, police said Millet claimed the girl had attacked him and forced him to have sex with her. Police said he told them he desperately tried to fight her off.
Police said Millet also claimed that a lot of girls eight to 10 years old try to have sex with him.

Just announce ahead of time when and where they will release him and at the scheduled time throw him from the back of a moving van, buck naked with a target painted on his back.
That or just take him out back and shoot him.

You mean to tell me that this guy had the same bail as Jerry Sandusky, for only one rape of one little girl?
Every time someone tells me that Jerry Sandusky shouldn’t be behind bars, I want to throw up. He is accused of the same thing only to TEN times the number of victims as this piece of garbage, and over a 15 year period.
Too bad for this guy that he isn’t as well-connected as Sandusky. Thankfully, he will remain in jail until he pays the bail or his trial, whichever comes first.

Get a rope, make a noose, place the turns in front of his windpipe and lift him, so his feet are just barely touching the floor. Hold for about 4 hours.
While I do support this method, perhaps we can go further and susppend him from his feet and place a noose attached to a decent sized, but no too heavy, rock around his neck while we allow gravity to work its slow but steady magic.

I saw something like that in another rape case. The ‘unemployed’ alleged offender of an unnamed ethnicity was bailed out by the merchant family of the alleged victim, of a different unnamed ethnicity. The offender disappeared a very short time afterwards. Dawg done di di maued, and has not been seen since.
