Video: The Questions They Wont Let You Ask (Judge Napolitano In the 5 Minute Speech That Got Him Fired)
Mac Slavo
February 18th, 2012
Asking questions as Judge Andrew Napolitano did in a recent broadcast on his now cancelled daily show may very well be the reason behind his recent dismissal from Fox. Though specific details are hard to come by because the Judge has yet to give any interviews on the matter, its believed that his refusal to bow to commonly manufactured media narratives is among one of several key reasons he his no longer with the network.
The following 5-Minute Speech that Got Napolitano Fired from Fox News is one that should not only be forwarded and shared with every single man, woman and child in this country, but taught and expounded upon in every social studies, civics and government class from first grade through college.
Click here to see the video.
My audio doesn’t work — what is the upshot?
This should be the foundation of a new news and information network that truly is “fair and balanced”. It would be a much better place for the $ that get piddled away on campaign ads...
I suspect it was the Ron Paul endorsement at the very end that did him in.
I personally think that Napolitano and others are out, not only because they expose and challenge the left, but because they expose and challenge the GOP establishment as well.
Gotta figure, Napolitano, Beck, Buchannon and others have been a real thorn in the side of the John McCain wing of the GOP. After all, McCain doesn’t want anyone quoting the constitution at him as he calls to involve us in yet one more war not of our making.
He’s not wrong. I keep posting this: Both parties are steering us toward socialism, it’s just that one party is driving a little faster than the other. My son is three and my daughter is six months. I see a revolution in the future. If I vote for a RINO my children will have to fight for their God given rights. If I vote for a true conservative, meaning obama would be reelected because of a third party, then I can fight the revolution for my children.
That all political parties are the same and the candidates (once president) all end up doing the same thing.
Me thinks the Judge hit the nail on the head and he got to close to the establishment fire.
Bookmarked that speech for future reference
Ok...now I’m really, really wishing I was in the tall grass. Dang.
It's all about power and we are the dupes who don't see the chains we bear.
Beck goes Sally Kohn comes in with the help of her pal Megyn Kelly
http://www.infiltratednation.com/2012/01/fox-news-hires-soros-funded-activist.html
media matters, homo activist, worked for La Raza, denounced America and capitalism etc
FOX and the establishment are working with each other and their people on that channel have become pathetic to watch,
which explains why I have never watched FOX since they
worked with the establishment to take Newt down here in FL
Oh MY! Fired for questioning the *truth*??
Shows how much I know. I didn’t know he was let go...
bump.
Thanks.
Looks like Fox can’t handle the unvarnished truth. What happened to it, anyway?
I am listening now, a great rant. Maybe it was his way of being so sick of Fox he spoke his mind and got canned as an excuse to do something different...
All but upside, for him and Buchannon.
GBTV will snap both of them up in a second.
I see Texas in the future for the Judge and maybe Pat....
Say what you will about the Beck, but he is building something...
Starting to seem that way...
According to Judge Napolitanos comments on his FB page, he’s firmly asked people to stop emailing Fox about this and says it was a business decision. And that every time Fox has cancelled his shows before (2) he’s been offered better work.
If they were smart they’d get rid of that poofter Shep and put the Judge on in his place on the FNC channel, where someone could actually watch him.
Yeah, that's fair and balanced...if Adolf Hitler were the counter part.
I’m not real concerned about why you don’t like Beck. Even if I agreed with you, my opinion still stands.
Judge Andrew Napolitano was the only reason to watch any of the perturbations of Fox. At the end of the day Rupert Murdoch is as slimy a bastard as any of the so-called managers of the other Alphabet Soup networks. It’s all about money and what they want you to know. Faux news is a disgrace, just like all the rest of the media. The only fair and balanced place to get news is right here on FR, and you have the added benefit of the discourse it affords you. Keep on keep’n on Jim, even you may not understand the magnitude of what you are giving us.
Folks think FOX is too moderate now just wait till old 80 year old Rupert dies and Rupert’s kids and Wendy ..all leftists..
fire Roger Ailes..who is not too young either
and then FOX will become more like the rest of the media
which is why Koch, Dell, some of the Waltons, Ingram family, or any other of the conservative money folks
should get to work now on a new right leaning network
this is going to happen...Rupert will die one day...trust me
and they will fire Ailes on the spot...they hate him
Rupert has a hands off policy with Ailes and needs the cash flow Roger provides to pay off that Dow Jones purchase and other red ink he incurs for household name brands he bought at a premium and other endeavors he’s made that bleed
but the heirs won’t be that practical to realize their cash comes from providing an alternative network to some degree
and they will kill it...afterall they really didn’t work for it like Rupert and his daddy did
The “asking questions” routine was a tactic that Judge Napolitano used to unload a slug of Paulite rhetorical broadsides. TV programmers and managers though know that such extreme, protest style talk drives away audiences. In the end, success in the TV biz requires having audience share that justifies profitable ad rates.
Go, Judge!
I love this clip to go viral.
GBTV has the most unfiltered news right now. It makes Fox seem like the NY Times....dated, biased, and boring.
HUH
YOu lost me big time.
I was saying which you seem to have misread that FOX gets rid of Beck but then hires a media matters, soros, homosexual activist stooge.
FOX has gone hard left or establishment, either way they are not right wing.
Not really sure what you’re on about or even if you have posted to me by mistake
I despise Beck...he’s a nutter and so plays be nice on race..loves MLK, civil rights crap etc...yuck
but cripplecreek...in his defense ...though crochety unlike sweet me...one could do worse
just saying
i honestly think Beck’s drinking and drugs phase lingers or has made him wacky..and I own two of his books...which says I like him early...radio show
Beck wishes he was some big Rabbi...maybe even the Rebbe of Israel
instead, he’s Mormon...guess that will have to do
If he has finally been kicked off the air, good! IMO.
The subject was ILLEGAL immigration. A lady caller from Los Angeles area calmly described how her life went from a typical middle-class suburban neighborhood to a vicinity crowded with non-English-speaking Hispanic families -- often hostile -- sharing single-family houses, parked cars everywhere, noise always, and children virtually curb-to-curb making driving a nightmare.
The "judge" lit into her calling her names, hung up on her and continued his tirade and name calling. Some "judge."
bookmark for later when my stupid computer decides to behave itself
True! The Counsel on Foreign Relations is the real Government taking orders from none other than David Rockefeller. The whole thing is a farce.
Funny thing is, I agree with everything he said...
Someone is out to silence him, they have succeeded.
I didn’t see anything wrong with the show, just a bunch of ‘what ifs’. He is still a Fox contributor, maybe his show did not have an audience. Just thinking out loud.
>Politics in the USA is a private-club. & We the voters do NOT belong to the club.>
I borrowed that idea from a famous dead comedian. People all over the Internet are quoting the dead comedian more than ever now.
I’ve been seeing speculation regarding a brokered republican convention if the current process remains unsettled. One recent idea was that in such a scenario, the powers that be could decide to nominate Jeb Bush. I’m here to say if that happens, and Ron Paul goes third party, Jeb Bush will finish in third place and the republican party will have destroyed itself.
I love this clip to go viral.
This is magnificent and about the only words that I have heard spoken within the political arena in the last few months that have done anything other than nauseate me.
Go Judge!!
These words need to be remembered alongside those of great historical figures like Thomas Paine.
I will do what I can to make sure that the Judge's rant is heard far and wide!
Yup, Freedom Watch was the only show on Fox or FBN that we watched regularly. We watched virtually every episode since it began as a Saturday morning weekly show a couple of years ago. A little over a year ago it became a nightly 8PM ET show and we rarely missed it. There was nothing else like it on FBN, Fox, or any other network. We knew it would be gone eventually, those Plain Truth closing segments were getting more powerful all the time, it seemed the Friday evening ones (I think the video in this post was the last Friday evening Plain Truth segment before the cancellation) really packed a punch! Now it is gone. Although the Judge will still appear on both FBN and Fox segments, none of those appearances carry the weight and impact of the one hour nightly Freedom Watch.
Darn! I sure liked the Judge.
Great segment. Thanks for the post - what a shame he got fired.
A hummingbird can dream.... I like Napolitano (and his ice cream, too!).
They've been using the good cop bad cop flim flam on us and lulled us into complacency. I'm glad to see others acknowledge that the two political parties are just different sides of the same evil.
used to watch all the shows but Shep smith on FOX
We then stopped with O.R and his crying for an interview with obama.
Then we saw Hannity for what he is a phony, who admitted he doesn’t care who marries who and will not mention conservative social issues.
When don’t ask came up he did not let any vets or those serving speak up against letting openly homosexuals serving and put the phone down on one vet who did get through by lying tot he screener.
Then Megyn Kelly brought her pal Sally Kohn on the show and now the media matters homo activist is at FOX.
The friends at the weekends are idiots and that scrawny long face Alyson woman is the biggest idiot there.
Beck went and brought on that awful show with Perino, Tantaro and Guilfoyle, all elitist establishments, a guy who thinks he is funny and Beckel, only Bolling is alright but not enough for me to watch that show.
The only show I will give time for now is Hemmers in the morning but I hardly watch that now .
FOX is the establishment with idiots working there, they care about their pockets, their power , their elitist cocktail [pro homo pro cross dressing parties in Manhattan.
FOX can piss off like the establishment can
There has to be a rich conservative who can set up a news channels which covers social and fiscal matters
If that is what the Judge said then he is dead right.
I have noticed it for a while now.
Why does anyone think the GOP wants Romney?
Romney is a clone of Obama.
Believe it or not, just as most Republicans run like scared bunny rabbits from the Democrat "mainstream" newsrooms, so does Fox News.
Go figure.

Exclusive: Memo to Fox _Business_ staff - don't copy Fox News
"... Here's a novel idea: Fox Business Network should focus on covering business news.
At least that's what Kevin Magee, executive vice president of the News Corp-owned cable news network, is urging his staff to do.
Unhappy with Fox Business' focus on politics, Magee fired off a memo to employees reminding them that the network was not created to be a light version of its sister Fox News Channel.
"I've been asked to remind you all again that they are separate channels and the more we make FBN look like FNC the more of a disservice we do to ourselves," Magee said in the memo dated October 5, carrying the subject line "Fox News and Fox Business."
"I understand the temptation to imitate our sibling network in hopes of imitating its success, but we cannot," Magee went on to say in the memo. "If we give the audience a choice between FNC and the almost-FNC, they will choose FNC every time. Earnings, taxes, jobs etc give us PLENTY to chew on." ........
In an interview with Reuters on Monday, Magee confirmed sending the memo and said that heading into the U.S. presidential election next year it was worth restating the importance of Fox Business finding its own voice and audience.
"There is always going to be overlap between economics and politics, but we need to maintain two separate services," Magee said. "We can cover the political angle, but our focus should be on our charter of gaining and producing wealth." .....
Magee said he decided to send the memo after a conversation with Roger Ailes, chairman and CEO of Fox News Channel and chairman of the Fox television stations group. Ailes ran CNBC until 1996.
"Rupert wants a competing news network to CNBC, not another Fox News," said a person familiar with the matter who spoke on condition of anonymity. "Right now it's obvious they don't cover enough financial news." "
When she started I thought Kelly was pretty good (had a couple of good rants in the past) but she turned to crap as well. That Beck replacement show The Five is garbage too. Like you say, Hemmer is not too bad for some mornings and I will tune in Brett Baier some evenings just to see what "news" topics are discussed but know that I am getting a DC Establishment point of view. It is pretty grim, not much on the dial worth wasting time on.
>> I didnt know he was let go <<
He wasn’t let go. His show was canceled, but he still is on the network as a judicial analyst.
WOW.
In 1994, Newt actually accomplished some meaningful things. Of course, that's why he had to go.
