VIDEO AT THE LINK "He should just write a check and shut up. Really. And just contribute. I'm tired of hearing about it. If he wants to give the government more money, he's got the ability to write a check. Go ahead and write it," Gov. Chris Christie (R-NJ) said to CNN's Piers Morgan.

Call Christie a RINO all you want, but wouldn't you rather have him running than the 4 losers we have now?

NO!! What’s so great about saying ‘shut up and write a check’? Our big gov’t says that all the time. That’s what we DON’T want anymore.

What's so great is, if Buffett feels he's under-taxed then why doesn't he pay more voluntarily? Every conservative commentator from Limbaugh to Hannity is saying the same thing RE: Slob Buffett. It's exactly right on. Why doesn't Buffett put his money where his big mouth is?? We've got to hold liberal's feet to the fire to make them walk their talk. If they want higher taxes, then pay more and leave everyone else's tax rates alone.

Yeah, that was brilliant. I’ve only heard 4 million other people saying it for months.

This tacky loudmouth RINO needs to just shut-up and eat his BigMac.

I am not going to support someone because they make pretty speeches or idiot wisecracks. That’s how Obama got the job. All that should matter is their records, their accomplishments. I’m not looking for MTV, I’m looking for MVP.

No. Christie has a big mouth to match his big... I much prefer a President Gingrich to President Christie. Christie is a panderer and a liberal.

Buffett, as quoted in Forbes a few years back:

“In 2006, I made a commitment to gradually give all of my Berkshire Hathaway stock to philanthropic foundations. I couldn’t be happier with that decision.

First, my pledge: More than 99% of my wealth will go to philanthropy during my lifetime or at death.”

Now if he had pledged to give all of his wealth to the government, I might take seriously his implication that Obama and company would use my money wisely.

The fact that he voluntarily pledged gazillions to private charities indicates that he knows individuals will spend money more wisely than the bureaucracy of Leviathan.

So, Warren, either pass your wealth on to DC, or sit down and shut up.

Yeah so? But what's so great about Christie saying it? It's annoying when what is obvious - some politician comes along and says it - all of a sudden they saying it makes them great! Tell me something I don't know or they can all just shut up! Like mitt saying we need jobs - I want to break my TV by such dumb*** talk. Like DUH!

Newt's the only one I can listen to. The others say nothing because they don't have much going on upstairs - empty suits begging for votes to stroke their ego.

We've got to hold liberal's feet to the fire to make them walk their talk.

You can't be serious! LOL! Those days are long gone. The GOP doesn't even listen nor those who were elected because of their supposed conservative values - as they go against the will of the people.

Newt's the ONLY 'WeThePeople' candidate.

Maybe so, but it's nice hearing someone other than the talk radio hosts saying it. That I know of, Christie's the only governing Republican who's said it. Nice to hear a Republican in government not being mealy mouthed for a change and just giving some straight-talk.

But couldn't that be said of your man Gingrich? His fans go nuts at a debate when he calls the media liberal or one sided or accuses them of trying to whip up controversy. Isn't that a big "Duhhh" in terms of being obvious? Yet Newt's fans go ape sheet when he says stuff like this and base a voting decision for him largely on him saying those things (see the South Carolina primary outcome after the CNN debate). It's not that it's not obvious. It's that a politician finally has the sack to say it that we like so much.

Isn't that a big "Duhhh" in terms of being obvious? NO! They were personally attacking Newt for one reason - to bring him down. What is Christie problem? Tired of hearing Buffet says he wants to pay more tax? Well, don't listen to him, Christie! Don't you have more to do with your time?!

No one was attacking Christie - he was just voicing his opinion and it REALLY has NO significant value. Why can't you see the difference? If buffet pays more - will that make any difference to you or this country? NO!! Will mitt getting the nomination make a difference to this country? YES!!!! See how screwed up Christie is and in what he sees as important? He supports that POS! I say SHUT UP to Christie! That's more significant than Buffet babbling away and irritating the jersey boy.

It's that a politician finally has the sack to say it that we like so much.

What the he** did he say? NOTHING!! Who cares who/what irritates him. He's an irritant to AMERICA, OUR CONSTITUTION.
