Andrew passed away unexpectedly from natural causes shortly after midnight this morning in Los Angeles.
We have lost a husband, a father, a son, a brother, a dear friend, a patriot and a happy warrior.
Andrew lived boldly, so that we more timid souls would dare to live freely and fully, and fight for the fragile liberty he showed us how to love.
Andrew recently wrote a new conclusion to his book, Righteous Indignation:
I love my job. I love fighting for what I believe in. I love having fun while doing it. I love reporting stories that the Complex refuses to report. I love fighting back, I love finding allies, and—famously—I enjoy making enemies.
Three years ago, I was mostly a behind-the-scenes guy who linked to stuff on a very popular website. I always wondered what it would be like to enter the public realm to fight for what I believe in. I’ve lost friends, perhaps dozens. But I’ve gained hundreds, thousands—who knows?—of allies. At the end of the day, I can look at myself in the mirror, and I sleep very well at night.

I don’t think men are prone to heart attacks at that age. I have no idea what could cause a 42-yr-old to die of natural causes,either.
I followed Andrew on Twitter. He took on all comers and gave them all what-for. Your star was rising, RIP sir.

He may have had a heart attack. For some reason young people are more likely to die from one than older people.
I am bummed about this.
My only sibling, my brother, died at 43 of a heart attack. Andrew was 43 as well.
It happens.

If he was not under a doctor's care it will be a while before the cause of death is know.

I must admit I had a HUGE crush on Andrew (yes, I’m female). What a mind. What a rapier wit. And he could always go straight to the heart of an issue...unlike all other Republicans who can’t seem to even make a cogent argument over gas prices, let alone Fast n Furious or ACORN.
Greg Gutfeld said something about “assuming he was taking care of his health problems”. There apparently was some pre-existing condition.

I had an uncle who looked to be in the best of health. Massive heart attack took him at age 40.
I just listened to him LAST NIGHT on Hugh Hewitt - and, yes, he sounded fine.
Assuming that this is true, my first thought is for his family and how utterly devastated they must be. They have my sympathies and my prayers. Second, I think that if it is true, it is likely from either an aneurism or some kind of electrical problem with his heart, or possibly he had chemo years ago that weakened his heart. I've known a few people that died young and not from accidents, and it is always one of those 3 things.
Rest in peace, Andrew. Thanks for all that you did for your country and the cause of Liberty.
