Andrew passed away unexpectedly from natural causes shortly after midnight this morning in Los Angeles.
We have lost a husband, a father, a son, a brother, a dear friend, a patriot and a happy warrior.
Andrew lived boldly, so that we more timid souls would dare to live freely and fully, and fight for the fragile liberty he showed us how to love.
Andrew recently wrote a new conclusion to his book, Righteous Indignation:
I love my job. I love fighting for what I believe in. I love having fun while doing it. I love reporting stories that the Complex refuses to report. I love fighting back, I love finding allies, and—famously—I enjoy making enemies.
Three years ago, I was mostly a behind-the-scenes guy who linked to stuff on a very popular website. I always wondered what it would be like to enter the public realm to fight for what I believe in. I’ve lost friends, perhaps dozens. But I’ve gained hundreds, thousands—who knows?—of allies. At the end of the day, I can look at myself in the mirror, and I sleep very well at night.

He was a good example for us guys to fearlessly stand up and be counted. I pray we will.
This is a sad, sad day! I just don’t know what to think...my husband died suddenly at the age of 53, so I know this is possible; however...the timing is more than a little suspicious! That said, he and his courage will be greatly missed. May God comfort his family in their terrible loss.
So sad. I’m very upset.
He was a great ally and I enjoyed his work/commentary and insights very much.
He had the right tools to effectively “stick it to the MSM” without ever losing credibility.
Will pray for him and his family. This man will be missed. Seems the Lord needs him for something more important =).
May his soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.

Tucker Carlson was on WMAL the Monday after the Super Bowl talking about a dinner he and Breitbart had with Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn the night before (on Super Bowl Sunday).
He said it was the “most delicious dinner we ever had.”

Look I assume he died of natural causes but it must be kept in perspective what he has done. His work cut off 500 billion dollars from flowing to ACCORN. The people that profited from this are very scary people. What a brave man he was and we must make sure it is investigated.
You know, I think you’re right. Thank you for a comforting reply. What a good way to ponder such a loss. I should be grateful for Andy as I grieve his loss, and for the time God allowed us to benefit from his witness in courage and fearlessness, and for the time allowed for Andy to accomplish his work.

That would be prudent.
I feel like I’ve just been gut punched. We just lost one of our fiercest fighters against the Marxist Obama regime and the corrupt MSM.
It all seems extremely suspicious while others say “oh here the conspiracy people go” but really...your comment is intriguing. The only thing is, who would be protecting him? Certainly not any part of this government, he’s toxic to them.
Really I can hardly believe this. The timing is too convenient. Geez I hope someone on our side is going to investigate this thoroughly.

I got to UMMC hospital in Baltimre within a few hours (this was, I think a very key factor in recovering) and spent two weeks in their Neural-ICU, pumped full of medicines to relax the blood vessels for stroke prevention. After they found its location in my brain via Angiogram they hit it with the "Gamma-Knife" which got rid of it, and I'm fully recovered now except for some short term memory loss. I was really pretty lucky, and if it hadn't been so scary it might have been fascinating.
Oh no!!! How terrible. He was only 43. Good heavens. We really needed his voice.
I do hope his death will be investigated thoroughly. He had many enemies.

Interesting, isn’t it, that the Defense Authorization law just allowed detainment for people simply for being “belligerent”. And Obama has claimed the right to approve assassinations of US citizens who are “known terrorists”. Well.... if belligerence is considered legal proof of being a terrorist.... and if Obama is terrified of Breitbart (and needs a big story to overshadow the findings of the Cold Case Posse...) you could almost consider assassination by heart attack LEGAL.
Right?
People need to realize we are dealing with criminals in positions of great power, in charge of technology that was always thought to be good because it would be used for good purposes...
The Obama people must have decided that the anti-2nd-amendment value of an assassination of Judge John Roll was to be preferred over an induced heart attack or cancer...
This is all just speculation, but that’s all these methods allow. I’m sure there was no autopsy done on Andrew Breitbart that would show whether there were any dart entrance marks on his body, or whether a poison had disintegrated in his body to give him a heart attack. By design, these technologies leave a person with nagging doubts because the timing, “coincidental” nature, previous threats, etc are the only clues that the assassination was done.
The information you gave fills in a gap to one of the issues I’ve been investigating as well. Hopefully someday that story can come out too...
