That is what they use to flame Santorum, so far to no avail because they can’t explain why Newt still hasn’t been rising.

You see when Newt had negative ads against him, his loss was not because of him, but all because of the negative ads.

When Santorum has negative ads ran against him, he lost and it was all his fault and he should get out and turn the race over to a guy who scored 6.5% in Michigan.

Odd how that works. LOL

The media only focuses on the social issues with Santorum because that is all they want people to hear.

And if Romney becomes the Republican nominee, you will vote for Barry Soros?

That essentially none of the lost Santorum support in the polls has gone to Gingrich does not bode well for Gingrich ever increasing his numbers.

“The media only focuses on the social issues with Santorum because that is all they want people to hear.”

You are exactly right! That’s why Santorum should be learning how to turn the interviews back to the critical issues we are facing. The fact he doesn’t (or can’t) says something about his personality. He needs to stop being a “tool” of the media!

And you’ve heard every word Santorum has said on the campaign trail and you know about the “always”?

Did it never occur to you that you get your picture of all the candidates through a media filter?

Did it never occur to you that a variety of people, both right and left, have a vested interest in highlighting and ignore other things he says?

No. It never occurred to you because you already had your mind made up. So you take this media-filtered image uncritically while you take a media-filtered negative portrait of, say, Newt, critically and figure out to what degree it’s accurate, to what degree it’s misleading.

But your mind’s made up, so, enjoy your tunnel.

Point #1: There is no essential difference between Obama and your liberal candidate.

Point #2: As a Christian, I cannot and will not cast a vote for someone who voted abortion into law and panders to homosexuals. I have a responsibility to my country, but my responsibility to my God has to come first. I won’t be a party to such things. On top of that, Romney is such a disgustingly vicious, underhanded, and dishonest individual that I can’t imagine being FOR him.

If all that is acceptable to you, knock yourself out. But that idiot, who says he will not even attack Obama, and who says Obama is merely “misguided”, doesn’t even understand the nature of what we are up against. There is no WAY he can win. And when Obama gets another four years to finish his destruction of the country, you will have to share in the blame for getting behind Romney instead of putting your support behind a conservative.

Still pimping Mitt Romney, VU4G10?

He is a sure loser, he goes nowhere if he is nominated because of his Progressive Liberal record as Governor and because he is a serial liar.

So you want to vote for Barry Soros? Quit the whining noob.

Drop the false choices VU4G10, and drop the weak seniority crap.

No-one cares how long you've been here at Freerepublic, and your "seniority" certainly does not mean you have better ideas as you have already proven.

If the GOP wants to win and not have a lot of defects to actual conservatives in third parties, they'll not nominate a Progressive Liberal like Mitt Romney.

No, but I won't vote for Mitt.

Even if he wanted to, Mitt won't be able to pull us off the path we're on, but he won't get the chance to try.

An electorate stupid enough to put Zero in the White House remains stupid enough to re-elect him. Throw in the 10 to 15 percent edge his propoganda machine in the media provides, and it's a done deal.

When it hits the fan, I want a Rat in charge.

I won’t be voting for Romney, troll.

You can take all your pro-Romney threads and stick it.

As long as people stop using the word “conservative” with “romney” in the same sentence then I’m ok...
