Thats wonderful but how is it going to get 0bama the F out of the WH.....Isnt that our main goal???????????????? No.
Obama is not the main problem.
The main problem is compromised "conservatives."
And this thread is another display of that fact.
To: who knows what evil?
My plan as well. If Mittens gets the nod, I’m writing in Palin. Might as well give them fair warning what’s coming.
To: SoConPubbie
I agree....I would love the Senate as GOP Conservative as Rush had discussed today...I was upset last election that it didn’t happen.....Even if it did happen would 0bama all of a sudden become a Bill Clinton????...I don’t see it......I’m a Palin chic and a Reagan lover...I’m devestated what’s happened to our country.....

My guess is she gets 500,000 to 1,000,000 write ins and at some point she comes out to discourage it.
After all I hear they lurk here...
If she tries to stop it, it might make her vote even bigger....

No, it’s actually recognition of harsh reality. The country is simply not going to turn hard right all of a sudden. I wish it would, but it’s not gonna happen. We are in extremis and must stop the Leftists from advancing further, which will be no small feat, and then start winning political battles one by one. It’s going to be a long slog.

I see no evidence that Romney “loves this country” other than as something he wants to consume for his own ego driven purposes. He doesn’t care about Constitutional principles. He’s horrible and he will lose if they force him down our gullets as the R candidate.

If, and it is a big IF, we can get a conservative enough majority, it wouldn't matter if Obama was a Stalin.
With the bunch of jello spines we currently have, they held the line pretty good most of the time.
If we can knock off some more of the RINOs and moderates, and yes, Progressive Liberals like Mitt Romney, it will actually stiffen the spine of some of the RINOs in congress.

No, it's acceptance of a false narrative and propaganda.
It's also a failure of will and principles on your part and any other conservative that votes for a Progressive Liberal like Mitt ROmney.

None of the R candidates are great, but Romney is the only one in the bunch who is not a creature (and beneficiary) of Washington DC. It would be refreshing to have an outsider come in for a change.

I also say good for Ted. Ted is a great American. Not everyone who disagrees with the typical Freeper candidate choice is a rino, an idiot or a traitor. Apparently Ted had a long talk with Romney and was persuaded. As they say, your mileage may vary.

nope sure don't want Zero for another four years...but all of us better soon realize he will win due to FULL BLOWN FRAUD, and the republicans are just to pussy faced to fight the fight...He!! we have a ‘cry baby as Speaker and not much better as leader of Minority in the Senate...I've been a Republican forever, I'm tired of playing nice guy, time during the coming four years to form a NEW Political Party.
so I'll throw my support to fighting the Congress and hope we can take both houses..no way will Mitt beat the Chicago Thugs... and Rick Santorum lost this Pennsylvania Family vote by the remarks he made about Rush Limbaugh...so GO NEWT THE ONLY CANDIDATE WITH BALLS OF STEEL...
To: gitmogrunt
Oh so what we are all going to end up voting for Mitt anyway in the end this will be our only choice.

He’s probably just like many of our Republican voters, brainwashed into believing that he has only the choices available to him: Newt, Santorum, Paul, or Romney.
And based on that logic, if he discounts Paul... and doesn’t think Newt can win, he’s got Santorum or Romney to choose from.
Considering his past, I don’t think he’s all that fond of big-government lovers who don’t trust the American people to do the right thing without ‘Big Brother’ ordering them to... so that strikes Santorum out.
Leaving the last man standing as Romney.
We, on the other hand, have seen the reservation’s fenceline... and understand that, if needed, we can leave the Republican reservation if the don’t heed our call.
Maybe Nugent will realize that in this election. I realized it around 2005, when Bush wanted to place Harriet Miers onto the Supreme Court. When conservatives had to fight against one of our supposed ‘own’... that’s when I knew that the Republican party isn’t conservative, but instead is just another organization dedicated to maintaining it’s own power.
So, who knows? Some people need a bigger kick in their teeth to realize that the kicker isn’t their friend.
