Andrew Breitbart Was Planning Huge New Web Project on Eve of Sudden Death (Bigs redone this Sunday)

Well, Hannity didn't reveal much about Breitbart's big posthumous project last night that we didn't already know (the constant cross-promotion continues, even in death!), but his guest, Steve Bannon, a documentary filmmaker and close friend of Breitbart's, did drop some hints on what's to come.

"We spent the last two years working a website that on Sunday night..." Bannon said before he was cut off by Hannity. He later added that Breitbart had "left the office at 10 p.m." on Wednesday. He had been pouring all his energy into the project, his "obsession," up until the moment he died.

That drives me nuts about Hannity and some others. they are so enthralled with what they have to say, they totally waste guests and cut them off.

Hannity can be a real jerk about that.

President Lincoln was planning on repatriating the former slaves back to Africa. We’re assured that wasn’t a conspiracy either or the group that killed him was just some “disgruntled” Confederate sympathizers.

Unlike Hannity, O’Reilly, and other so-called Populist blowhards that are just promoting themselves.

I can’t think of too many around these days like Breitbart, certainly not at his level. Greg Guttman has hope because he still doesn’t seem to care whether he is liked or not as long as he gets to say his piece in the wee hours of the morning.

BOR, (who's parents apparently never taught him one single thing about the subject of humility

Which is why I laugh every time Rush refers to him as "Ted Baxter."

This case needs to be looked at very seriously. The fact that we are so quick to call an assassination a conspiracy theory has made us dismiss such things before we have all the evidence. I don't know what happened here, but it's a dangerous path to just rule out any kind of assassination. That has historically been a part of politics.

There are a lot of ways a person can commit murder and are never given a thought about as a suspect. If a person kills another person with something that doesn't leave obvious signs of foul play many are never questioned because the death is considered natural causes and everyone around the case accept that. There are numerous murders that would have gone unsolved based on the normal preliminary death investigation if it hadn't been for circumstantial evidence or past violence between a couple that gives reason to put more into the investigation.

How many spouses have murdered the other and it was written off as natural causes, and closed without anyone in the family or investigation believing anything other than that? It's probably a surprisingly large amount when compared with murderers who have been caught.

And just like there are a lot of people out there who will not give up conspiracy theories even when there is proof unveiled showing they are wrong, there are also those who act as if nothing like these things are even possible.

When you have an influential Conservative who has very damaging evidence against a radical liberal President you have to be suspicious. Obama is involved with all kinds of radical thugs, and even admitted anti-American terrorist who already have blood on there hands. Anyone who thinks that radicals like Ayers and Dorn wouldn't commit murder if they thought they could get away with it and help their cause are kidding themselves. Obama is surrounded by the most radical people of any President in history. This case should be investigated by the best investigators, and given the resources needed to find an answer. Breitbart’s family and friends should be diligent in their press for finding the truth, and protecting the information he had against the regime. A toxicology test should cover more than what's the norm if there are known toxins that can be missed. I think this should be treated on the same level as a homicide until they can rule it out. He may have just had a heart attack, and he may have been murdered by one of the radical terrorist branches associated with Obama. Those radicals aren't going to give up easy and fair, and you can't put anything past them. I honestly don't see Obama going peacefully. They have the radical in Obama that most didn't believe could be elected yet, and when he a has literal terrorist backing him you have to expect anything. They will cheat in the election on scale we haven't seen before because they aren't going to let him lose, and just leave peacefully without doing everything possible to stay in power.

I had been following Andrew's twitter feed for a short while and kept saying to myself, "I need to read his book..." I downloaded the Kindle version last night ($5 more than it was just a week ago) and stayed up until 3 am reading it. His "epiphany" pretty much mimics my own, except his first revelation came with the Clarence Thomas hearings.

My first inkling that something wasn't quite right was when Monica Lewinsky was being excoriated as a "dangerous, unstable stalker." Something just clicked in my brain at the moment I heard that coming from the media. "Really? A stalker? A stalker? With all the secret service and security around the man, they can't keep a 21-year-old sorority girl with a crush from stalking him?" For me, that was the first peek behind the Wizard's curtain.

We're the same age and I really wish I could have met him. Would have loved to sit down and dissect Robert Smith's lyrics or critiqued John Doe's performance in "Roadhouse" over a few beers.

"Money and power corrupt.."

You're more perceptive than most. Corruption runs deep and across all levels of society in this nation - but is the most destructive within government and media.

I fear we won't see corruption ousted in our lifetime.

I do listen to him after Rush even though Hannity doesn’t seem to have an original thought that hasn’t been voiced in the three previous hours on Rush’s program. There are too many other good things on to watch though instead of his show

There are many things that irritate while listening to Hannity and it is easy to turn him off!.

OTOH. . .do give him great credit; for 'turning on' to Conservatism; many who tune in - who otherwise; would not be even listening to a Conservative speak. He does have his audience and it is significant. Certainly, can take issue; but bottom line; appreciate his efforts and his work. We have more people/young people/voters on our side; thanks to Hannity.

There are many voices out there; few are perfect; can we not be thankful, nonetheless; for what we have versus the vacuum, so wished upon us; by Leftist Media?

We have a choice, to tune in. Just move on; if the 'voice' does not suit; and find one that does. The 'core' message is what matters. For many; Hannity gets the job done; per that messaging.

I thin it comes under the heading of "If you don't think as I do about everything, then you're not a conservative".

The problem with conservatives is that we are all individuals...

I don’t really consider it “eating our own” to comment on my inability to listen appreciatively to a particular conservative program host on a conservative comment site like FR. I was merely agreeing with another FReeper’s frustration with Hannity again interrupting a guest attempting to say something interesting and informative.

Hannity cuts people off because he wants people to know what “little old Sean Hannity” thinks. Hannity basically interviews himself.
