What a day. Took the tornadic weather about 2 hrs to fully pass over us. We hunkered down with the dogs and cats listening to the weather on the radio.

Started hearing reports about it hitting Henryville, In.

Its a bit north and east of Runamuck..about 30 miles. Just about wiped it off the map.

We finally got the all clear . I started trying to fix dinner . The wind was still terrific but it was straight line.

Heard that 30-40 separate tornado's had been spotted..Then the power went out.

We waited a bit and it stayed out. We packed up and came on back to town.

One of my raised beds got ripped out of the ground and drug about 30 foot across the yard.

I had it covered and secured trying to get a jump on spring.. Wind caught it up like a sail .

We are fine.. Many aren't. Heard the death count is 7 in Southern Indiana. More in other places.

Oh my gosh, Taz....that was pretty close. Do you have a cellar? A basement? Some place safe to hunker down in?

Prayers for all those in trouble from the horrific weather.
