Maybe because most black Congresscritters come from ethnically-rigged safe districts and therefore feel they can get away with just about anything without fear of getting voted out of office? Just what did Charlie Rangel’s censure cost him in terms of electability?
“A disproportionate share of cases have been brought against Congressional Black Caucus members.” I suggest a liberal solution...do away with the Congressional Black Caucus.
I have to agree, the number of house members who are persons of pallor that are under investigation for ethics violations is ridiculously low. I’d like to see the numbers pushed up to a more realistic number of 75%.
Of course that would necessitate a reciprocal increase of the dusky house members being investigated.
Once that happens, then the investigations of members of the house who have committed, are committing or plan to commit acts worthy of ethical outrage might be just about there.
Until then, stop whining preacher, it just makes you look foolish, or racist, or both.

Gimme a break, will ya? Yeah, the facts speak for themselves, and what they say is not flattering to the CBC.
“The real question should be why do blacks committ a disproportionate amount of the ethics violations?”
Show me a BRA (Black-Run Administration) that’s not corrupt and I will eat my shoe! Day after day, we are treated to articles from local sources here on FR that chronicle the rampant Black political corruption across this land. I stand in utter amazement at the very few stalwart Black people like J.C. Watts, Col. Allan West, and Ward Connerly and how they could rise to be the singular successes that they are from the cesspool that is the so-called “Black Culture.”

There's an excellent web site with all that info...somewhere. I got that info from when another FReeper posted it all a while back. I don't know how to go there though, sorry.
