Super Tuesday Vote Santorum in Ohio & Oklahoma, Gingrich in Georgia, Ron Paul in Virginia & Alaska
vanity | March 5, 2012 | Steelers6

Tennessee looks like Santorum and Gingrich are fairly even with the 2 of them, Santorum has been in the lead but Newt has been coming on. Everyone in Virginia who is not a Romney supporter should vote for Ron Paul, 1st head to head matchup anyone has had with Romney.

Romney isn’t my candidate. I only said I’d take him over Ron Paul. Least worst.

“We need a platform candidate; not a artificial candidate who has ties to Bush big government. Rick cannot beat Obama. Get real. We need Newt to win.”

Bless you, Christie - you’re so right! Newt could slap BHO down soundly, then make breathtaking changes and our country really needs him.

I pray every night that God will grant us a leader who loves our country as much as Bibi loves his. While I do believe that Santorum also loves America (maybe even Mittens and RP do - maybe) - I KNOW Newt does, and he’s the only one who can defeat BHO. Just pray there are enough voters who are intelligent enough to see that.

“The Ron Paul people don’t seem to think it’s possible to win Virginia, and that’s surprising considering how pie-in-the-sky they usually are. But I think Paul is not even campaigning or running ads there, which just shows how in the tank he is for Romney to give up competing at one of his best shots because it might hurt Romney.”

That says it all, doesn’t it? RP has the best chance to win in VA, being only one of two names on the ballot!!!

Too bad his crazy supporters don’t see this.

I refuted your bizarre defense of Romney, you have not reaction to that other than to still promote him as better than Paul?

Yep. That was my only point to begin with. I don’t have a defense for Romney other than “better than Paul”. If he gets nominated, I suppose I’ll have “better than Barack”.

I’m not voting for Romney unless he’s head-to-head with Barack. No need to defend him at this point.

Yeah, it looks like Ron Paul did a campaign appearance there recently. But the people on the Ron Paul forums seem to be saying he's not running ads there at all. That says it all indeed. There's a lot less "rah rah Ron Paul" sentiment in that thread than usual but so far they seem to be viewing it as an honest "mistake." They said:

As far as TV ads and what not, I haven't see any.

I haven't seen any ads for RP on television, but all we have is an antenna. Lots of signs and bumper stickers though.

to late now but we should have done this state

it has been known for a long time that there were only 2 people in the va race, yet no ads and no super brochure effort.

your guess is as good as mine maybe the super pacs will run ads there just attacking romney (Note: This is delusional since it was posted a day ago. If there are no anti-Romney ads yet, there won't be.)

I'm wondering too....this primary was a two person race.more resources should have been put into it....

(And the LOL "of course" comment of the thread)

I actually have an easier time with getting Obama supporters to vote for Paul in the primary here in Northern VA than I do getting support from the socially conservative in VA.

Virginia won't give Paul the Nomination. A Paul win in Virginia might take Romney down a notch and kill some of his momentum. If you want either Newt or Santorum to win, Romney has to be curbed, and a Paul vote in VA is the only way to do that there.

Repeat: A Paul win in Virginia will not give Paul the Nomination. A Romney win will push Mitt right along. (View it as voting against Mitt, an "ABM" vote.)

Still don’t think I could pull the lever for Ron Paul. I don’t live in Virginia, so it really doesn’t matter.

I hate this b/s spam.

Vote for the one candidate that you believe in your heart can quickly and intelligently turn his country around.

If you believe that man is Newt, like I do, then give him your support.

Review this video and ask yourself if the sweater salesman could have even come close to dealing with such command.

I don't live there, haven't for decades. If I did, though, I'd have to look at the big picture much as I laid it out for you.

If people in Virginia want someone other than Mitt for the nominee, they have to vote against Mitt, and in this instance that means voting for Paul.

It's the only vote which will work to check Mitt's momentum there, and doing so might give Newt or Santorum a better chance overall at the nomination.

Vote for Newt Gingrich in all races (except in the rigged VA primary).

The GOP-e establishment, along with their chosen nominee, do NOT want Newt getting the bit in his teeth because once he does, they know he’ll take off like a shot.

Which is leads into why they don't want him.

Then they would have to Govern and make decisions.

The whole dang bunch of them have become the prototypical Bob Michaels go along to get along boot licker of the DNC. But they got their life time medical, pension and TSP not to mention a cushy job on K Street after making 2 or 3 times what they did in the House and Senate.

Both sides of the isle have become the "business" of Government and Programs.

The problem for us is, we want it all downsized and re-engineered and Newt just might be the guy to get that ball rolling...

I haven't heard, we live out in the sticks; no road until April, no cell coverage, no local radio/tv; we have dir tv and computer but I'd never believe anything I read in online newspapers from Anch or Fairbnks; they are S.F owned.

All the locals keep talking about Santorum, at least that's what I hear.

Ya, I hear ya but the snow is all melted come April. January usually is tough, so once we get some around freezing weather, I get spoiled and expect winter to be gone. We had a couple weeks of that in February, ha. Something about Alaska, it’s got hold of me; couldn’t live anywheres else.
