I cut the woman some slack...I don’t think she was belittling their wealth, I just think she was trying to express the reality of life...wealth ultimately is not what matters.

"Wealth" is such a relative word. I'm not wealthy but some of my g/kids think I am.

That’s what I thought “poor in spirit” sounds like someone with no moral center. It was a “Poor” choice of words for sure.

Yup. That line and the one about Mitt not watching too much NASCAR but being friends with the team’s owners.

That was pretty funny. We lived in a NASCAR community- well, many people that lived in our neighborhood worked for the various teams- and while people knew the drivers, no one I know was friends with the team’s owners.

He and his wife are too far removed to be able to relate to ordinary folk.

“We can be poor in spirit, and I don’t even consider myself wealthy.” “Now can you please pass the Grey Poupon?”

Just heard the "let them eat cake" delivery of that line. That said, she's still not as obnoxious as Cindy McLame and her even-lamer daughter.

I do believe Mrs. Romney would be less obnoxious as FLOTUS.

November is going to be a bummer.

Obama’s campaign dragons will eat Mitt alive. We’ve seen nothing yet as to what they’re going to do to him, should he be the nominee. And realistically, I think the lack of inspiration amongst the conservative base to vote for him will leave him hanging in the wind, so to speak.

So you love the little guys—me too!

Galls me to no end that the government wastes enough money in roughly five seconds to damn near solve the homeless/stray kitty problem forever...

How freaking sad we have to drag these damn two dolts over the line to oust the obamunist.

Not me. I won't lift one finger to replace Obama with Obama-lite.
