“Gotta change the jets”
Just yesterday morning they let me know you were gone ..... AIEEEEEEEE - nails on the blackboard - waterboarding - I’ll tell you anything you want to know!!!
Never could stand anything about this guy.
“...Shut up and sing Jim, shut up and sing....”
How about just shut up, Jim?
I do what I can to make sure they make no money from me
Exactly. I think he’s a brilliant song writer. I especially like “On the Fourth of July” from his October Road album. But now that he is actively helping to re-elect the commie, there is no way I can every look at him or his music the same.
One aging junkie supporting another. Are we surprised?
Gee James, you might want to wake up. The Republican Party abolished slavery, abolished the Jim Crow laws, and pushed forth. and passed, the Civil Rights Act of 1964... all against the will of the Democratic Party.
I luv music - all kinds & all ages. This guy, Cat Stevens & Stevie Wonder drive me up a wall.

The link above will take you to a picture of this multimillionaire’s house. James, a member of the elite 1%, is a big supporter of Barack Hussein Obama (mmm mmm mmm)
It’s a good pairing. Between Jimmy Carter Part 2 and James Taylor, it’s the 70’s all over again.
“So goodnight you moonlight ladies
And shut your mouth sweet baby James”
Because if you don’t, then everyone will know that you fried your brain a long time ago.
James Taylor is NOT A NATIVE OF NORTH CAROLINA.
He was born to a very prominent Mass family, his father being a doctor and his mother an opera singer. When his old man got a job at UNC the family moved to Chapel Hill. During his time in North Carolina the Taylors vacationed at Martha’s Vineyard. James Taylor was out of the state of NC more than he was in the state. He dodged the draft by faking mental problems.
James Taylor is your atypical Obama-loving liberal.
James Taylor was born in Boston and grew up near Chapel Hill, with summers on Martha's Vineyard. His father was born in Morganton, N.C and graduated from UNC. His mother was from Newburyport MA, but the Taylors were in no way a "a very prominent Mass family." They came over from Scotland to New Bern in the 1700s. And, no, "Sweet Baby James" never wrote a song called "Goin' to Massachusetts in My Mind."
James Taylor is, was and always will be lefty no matter where he or his parents hang or hung their hats.
James has the same problem with Blacks, he thinks there are “his” Blacks (the Liberal ones) and “those” Blacks (the Conservative ones).
It is all about the Plantation and James is too blind to see it. I love how they never explain their airhead comments and nobody bothers to ask them.
BTW - How did Obama have a Press Conference where he bashed Rush Limbaugh without one reporter asking him about Bill Maher, (Liberal Misogynist), donating a Million Bucks to Obama’s Super PAC.
There is only one answer - liberal media bias. But, you knew that.
You think? HAHAHA
I am the same age as James Taylor, born and raised in North Carolina. James Taylor was a complete unknown when I was growing up in the state and he started singing and became world famous in his early 20s. Back then no one knew he had once lived in NC. Not your typical good ole boy riding around in a pickup truck drinking beer. He was the son of a prominent UNC professor. He came from money. There is nothing he has in common with the state of North Carolina, other than a few childhood memories. From the time he was a young teenager he was attending prep schools in Mass and NY. He lived in NY the majority of the 60s. I do like his song about North Carolina though.
Really, James? What will it say about America if the nation RE-elects this accidental president, this Kenyan communist, even after voters have already proved to themselves how wonderful and politically correct they are?
Shut up and sing, James. Just shut up and sing.
