Heard Santorum could win popular vote, but come away with less delegates than Romney because Santorum only filled 75% of the “slate” for delegates

Yeah but the PR would be priceless. DeWine said last night that Romney spent 12 mil in the last two weeks in OH. Outspent Santorum 20 to 1.

What is going on with the ballot issue in Ohio? Is Santorum on ballot in the entire state?

"The GOP-E in TN will pick Santorum's delegates there."

Not going to happen. Santorum had zero delegates on the ballot. His name appeared on the ballot, but he has no delegates to vote for him. I believe there were 3 delegates uncommitted. All the rest (55 total) were committed to Gingrich, Romney, and Paul.

Hey in a world of anyone but ozero maybe. But you can’t compare Santorum to Newt. He’s a little leaguer. While Newt is in the big leagues playing at the all star game throwing 110 mph fast balls.

“He’s ruined this primary with his venom and vicious attack ads against his rivals.”

That’s my thought too. In the process, he has given Obama and the Dems plenty of FREE material to use against the other GOPers. Seriously, this guy is off the chain.

I think it’s a proportional delegate count....Heard Santorum could win popular vote, but come away with less delegates than Romney because Santorum only filled 75% of the “slate” for delegates.

Thank you. That was my point.

OK, OK, on TENNESSEE.

I apologize. Never met anyone I didn't like from the State and they seem to be wonderful.

Jerk statement from me.

Great to see you people stick up for your state. That in itself says something.

That reminds me of the late Senator Roman Hruska, R-NE, who once made the odd remark that even the mediocre need representation too. It may be that many of our little Republican primary voters feel threatened by Newt’s intellectualism.

Something is wrong somewhere not sure what, you may be right.

Get this: I watched the first few mins of GBTV with Beck tonight and he showed Ron Paul, Santorum, and Romney. “One of these 3 people will be our next president. Oh I know. I know. Gingrich is running, but why put him in the mix?” He truly has gone too far with his viciousness.

The MSM is making things up. Our polls didn’t close until 8 p.m. By 8:34, only 1% of the vote had been counted and the media has declared Santorum winner. Winner of what? Even if he wins the popular vote, he has no delegates in TN.

Tokyo Rove still says Mitt will win Ohio because much of the areas around the major cities isn’t in yet and they figure they will go for Romney.

But he wasn’t 100% sure yet.

The populous counties have only started to trickle in and they've gone Romney.

If Santorum really thought he had won Ohio he would not be speaking second.

Do we know which in districts in Ohio is Santorum not on the ballot, and have they reported yet?

I believe Santorum is "on the ballot" in all of the districts. It's that he can't win delegates in about 25% of the districts.

The undecided deligates (4) could go towards Santorum, and the Perry deligates (10) potentially could go toward Santorum.
