There is a follow up article below the video.

With only minutes before the first Super-Tuesday Caucuses were set to close, FOX News and the University of Virginia Center for Politics reported a likely election fraud situation, committed by Mitt Romney and the Virginia GOP.

The establishment elite may be up to their usual 2012, nomination process shenanigans again as more people in positions of knowing have come forward to proclaim their displeasure with the establishment’s handling of challenges to their favorite candidate.

Multiple states across the country reported precincts tampered with, votes permanently lost, elections oddly postponed, permanently unverifiable results, and now simply not even allowing candidates to even be on the ballot to begin with.

Reporting from Virginia, FOX News’s Shannon Breen gave voice to political analyst, Virginia Tech’s Larry Sabato, who says it is very likely Mitt Romney and the Virginia GOP establishment, and their minions purposely kept signatures from being counted so, at least, Newt Gingrich wouldn’t be on Virginia’s ballot on Super-Tuesday.

But they didn’t keep Santorum or anyone else out? Were the rules changed from 2008, 2004, 2000?

This kind of shenanigan stinks to high heaven. Also... why the heck is the GOPe fine with Democrats crossing over to vote in Republican primaries? Seems like they don’t mind it because it keeps serious conservative candidates at bay.

If determined to be true, what would be the remedy?

Lack of volunteer depth kept Gingrich and Santorum off the ballot. Using incompetent or poorly trained signature gatherers kept them off the ballot. Failure to collect a significant excess of signatures kept them off the ballot. Paul got on the ballot because he has been through enough to know he should get 15,000 signatures when 10,000 were required. Can’t jump in at the last minute and expect to get everything right especially in a hard state like VA.

What have we ever done to make them fear us? NOTHING. We followed their rules, voted for THEIR chosen candidates, and where did it get us? Here. That’s where.

I heard that Romney and Paul were not subject to the 10,000 signature rule, because they both supplied the correct number in 2008. Heard that on Fox News.

Center for Politics reported a likely election fraud situation, committed by Mitt Romney and the Virginia GOP.

Virginia attorney general changes mind, won’t intervene in primary ballot case

"Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli (R) announced Sunday that he has reconsidered his decision from Saturday and will not seek to get several GOP presidential candidates added to the state’s primary ballot."

It appears time for you Cuccinelli to reconsider your reconsideration.

Santorum took North Dakota's Caucuses tonight, and Ron Paul came in second, beating Romney. Gingrich came in fourth.

Virginia has a choice: they can let Romney take another win, or they can protest by voting for Paul (who will not likely come anywhere close to getting the nomination), to deny Romney the boost of 'winning' Virginia.

It is a pity that Newt's and Santorum's people there were not more on top of their game.

Larry Sabato tweeted a few weeks ago that Gingrich should get out of the race because it wasn't set for him to win. Just more evidence that this was a deliberate attempt to stop Newt. They thought they had this thing wrapped up after Florida (had no idea that Newt would win SC and be a player) Newt has every right to complain of how the party has tried to destroy him. May explain why he brought it up in his speech of how they tried to stop him (to open people's minds/ so they can get the impact of what is going on/fraud) I am thinking now the reason Palin did not endorse Newt was he had to prove that he could carry his state of Ga., on his own own (not having it to be said, that Palin help him to win Ga.) Remember Newt is from old school. I ask him in Florida; would he ask Palin to be his VP (he said, he was considering it) He needs to follow up- I suggest Go to his email newt.org and ask him to do something bold and exciting. We have to get excitement going to beat Obama. I don't know of another idea to beat the insiders. So far, they are winning.

If the allegations are investigated and found to be accurate, it would represent an addition to the growing list of reports showing the establishment elite to be manipulating the nomination process country wide, in favor on Mitt Romney.

Further stealing caucuses from other candidates, mainly Ron Paul, to likely insure the continuance of a 1%’r agenda that, according to Wall Street and the lion’s share of its campaign donation money, Mitt Romney is most likely to support should he be the nominee and beat Obama in November.
