Stasi-boy has declined to investigate his heroes, for the record.
No lunatic, I merely offered the opportunity to such a brave keyboard warrior such as yourself. You are such a brave, brave warrior. So why are you declining the opportunity?
Bet you wish you could "SWAT" me, like that hacker did to people that angered him.
Easy to do in a Police State.
OH NOEZ!!! POLICE STATE!!!
Let us know when you get that FOIA request back.
I used not to, but, now I am more afraid of the cops than the criminals. The criminals you can defend yourself from. The cops nowadays....?
LOL! You really think that any thread on the internet has some sort of intrinsic value?
Wow you are a lunatic.
By the way, since when do “police states” allow FOIA requests?
You are contradicting yourself.
I think the Founding Fathers would agree that a government that has unlimited funds to pursue its "law enforcement" goals is pretty much a police state.
Let us know about that FOIA request.
You really think you are accomplishing something with the FOIA request mantra don’t you?
But if we are in a police state, then there would be no such thing as a FOIA request right?
And if it is so important, the fact that you refuse to do it is far more telling.
Go back to living in your fantasy world of goblins and monsters.
"An assault on the King's Men is an assault on the King himself."
Ask that West Point grad and former Army Ranger captain who "spit" on one's of the King's Men...:
And yes, the po-pos are spending bucket-loads of taxpayer money to smear him, too...
We want you to do it so that you can report back to us how you were told to "TALK TO THE HAND".
Unless, of course you're one of them...
Your name doesn’t fit you, shame that. It’s obvious that knowing someone who is in the illegal trade means you should die sans judge, jury, rule of law, etc. Right? I’m counting now... up to my toes now... on how many people I know whom I would suspect are involved at one level or another in the drug trade. I believe the dead perp that you are so eager to posthumously declare guilty was working the night shift in a mine, and was sound asleep when the notably amateurish Pima authorities decided that this was the perfect moment to save the Republic. Thanks to people like you Sir William, more of the same is now guaranteed. Thanks for doing your part to defend freedom. (uber-sarc)
Please change your name to King Richard’s pawn.
Do you work for Big Siss's Homeland Security, Holder's In-Justice Department, or his BATF insanity? There is NO Sovereign talk on this forum. Libertarians (little L) are present, but the last time I looked it was still legal to advocate small less intrusive government.
Your blaze’ attitude is staggering. Defamation? A man is dead, and you’re worried about questions? It’s what goes on here, we examine everything, and a badge is not a shield from that process. Cops do bad things, sometimes out or fear, sometimes because the aren’t trained properly, and sometimes because they show indifference. I don’t hate cops, I hate bad cops who take the attitude that they are better than the people they have sworn to defend. The dead man who was killed was exactly that, A person they had sworn to defend and protect. Epic fail.
And, if the family was perfect? I suspect you would have found a different reason to cover for bad cops. Guess what WWW? The system is broken, and cops as well as the people are suffering. Failing to examine the situation guarantees more of this, which from the sound of things, is evidently OK with you. The good thing about your name WWW? It’s hard to forget?
I don’t recall anyone ever saying the dead husband/father/son/brother had innocent family members.
Is it a crime to defend your home against invasion?
That story is disgusting. It made me think of an idea. Anytime a cop is shot, there should be a full investigation into why the cop was put in a situation where he could be shot and whether it was necessary to be in that situation. If it wasnt necessary, then everyone who signed off on the mission should be charged as accessories to murder in a criminal case.
If someone comes to my house, and seems to be breaking in, and I point a gun at them, what crime have I committed?
It has been 10 months since the former Marine was shot 60+ times in front of his wife and son. They’re only now arresting folks connected to this case? Didn’t they have things in their possession on May 5, 2011 that warranted arrest? Or did I miss something?
Conceivably, having relatives involved in the drug trade would increase your need to protect your family with arms, since you could be attacked in revenge for their activities It does not, of course, mean that you were personally involved in breaking the law.
If you were in a back bedroom, and this took place outside your front door, how would you respond?
In the seconds you had to realize something was going on, would YOU know it was a SWAT team? Because in a situation like that, they would have broken down MY door and found a 53 year old retired USAF officer holding a 44 magnum (loaded with 44 specials).
My gun would not be cocked, and I almost never shoot at anything double action, but do you think the cops would wait to see if I lowered the gun?
I don’t. But then, I live in Pima County, and I have ZERO confidence in our senile sheriff...or the other democrats that run law enforcement in Pima County.
Do what you want, and then spend a hundred grand digging up "violations" of the innumerable laws after the fact, and then try your target in the press.
As the Guinness beer commercial goes: "Brilliant! BRILLIANT!!!"
For those who haven’t read the short article: The dead man’s sister-in-law has been charged, along with her father and her sister, of “illegal control of enterprise, marijuana possession for sale, fraudulent schemes and artifice and five counts of money laundering.” So the dead man’s wife’s family MAY be crooked. I’d guess they are, actually.
And it only took an additional 10 months of investigation to do it...
I suspect the son of my brother-in-law’s brother may have done something illegal...so should I be a target of a home invasion by the Pima County SWAT Team? Would they give me time to get to the door and find out who they are before they broke the door down?
Yep. Any peasant in a similar situation would be INSTANTLY charged with "accessory to murder".
BTW, Mr. Rogers - we have to increase your county property taxes this year, or we'll shut down the library and park the school buses.
Pay up. It's fer the chilrun.
“Jose Guerena died last year after being shot dozens of times by SWAT team members serving a search warrant to his south side home. Reports state that when his wife told him someone was at their door, he woke up and grabbed his assault rifle. The family has since filed a $20 million wrongful death suit against the Pima County Sheriff's Department.”
Let me remind you that personal insults are not received well here on FR.
Uh huh. Did you post the same to LOR boy?
I did note on the video from KVOA TV that a Pima County Judge dismissed a motion by attorneys representing the Pima County Sheriff’s department to dismiss the lawsuit brought by the widow of the X-Marine.
Meet the Sheriff
About Sheriff Clarence W. Dupnik
And OJ is not a murderer.
No I guess I missed it.
But you seemed to be the center of attraction.
Our state doesn’t have a capital offense called “having pot smokers in your family.”
He was murdered and the turds pulling the triggers need to be executed.
“BTW, Mr. Rogers - we have to increase your county property taxes this year, or we’ll shut down the library and park the school buses.”
After 5 years of declining property values, I finally had a small decrease in my property taxes paid this last year. My house is probably worth 50% (tops) of what it was in 2006, and my taxes are now 10% lower. The difference is due to rate increases.
Pima County has more debt that all the other counties in Arizona combined. It is also under the total control of Democrats. There is a reason Dupnik has been sheriff since 1980 - and it isn’t because we don’t have crime. It has more to do with his attacks on Palin after Giffords was shot...
I grew up on Gunsmoke and ADAM-12. I’d like to believe the cops are our friends. But the video I posted the link to is scary. If there was a commotion at my door like that, I’d grab my 44 and go to see what was happening - and I’d be shot by the SWAT team as soon as they busted the door down. Crime? Being willing to defend myself against unknown attackers...
It took Dupnik A YEAR and all he could come up with was drug and money laundering?
Now let’s see what the DA does.
You “live free or die” dopes need to decide which side you are on. This “Marine” used his military skills to turn on his adopted country and put cops lives in danger. He was a stinking coward and a betrayer of America - a drug running invader here to destroy our country. He is the one who was hugging a gun in his hallway putting his family and the cops in danger. Wise up!
The FBI Announces Gangs Have Infiltrated Every Branch Of The Military
“The FBI has released a new gang assessment announcing that there are 1.4 million gang members in the US, a 40 percent increase since 2009, and that many of these members are getting inside the military...”
Dope is the key word. In virtually every instance, this boils down to people who desperately want to get high.
Nice delusion. The police had a warrant. The very thing that the Constitution requires.
Why do you hate the Constitution?
Oh wait, you want to read the Constitution to fit your worldview without amending it.
What does that make you?
My troll-o-meter is pegging.
Never mind the family. What say you, about these accused police?
I predict a very short Free Republic life for you.
Troll. Probable retread, too.
