They are in the process of deciding on whether or not to pass an anti-discrimination (against homosexuals) law in Omaha, by the city council. At one of the open hearings, a woman (presumably lesbian,) talked about how she should not have to go to a workplace and see family pictures, pictures of spouses and kids, on all of her co-workers’ desks, because it makes her feel “left out” and “different”. I foresee the next demand being that anything that hints at normalcy or heterosexuality will be banned so it does not make people “feel bad”.
