Not really true. He’s not that much worse from Newt on economic conservative rankings. Every Newt and Rick supporter should realize there’s probably no path for either of them to be on the ticket unless both of them are. Everyone should e-mail the campaigns telling them we want them to team up against Romney. I’d leave it up to them to decide who gets which spot on the ticket.

Emotions aside and with all due respect, speaking as one who is sanguine to both Rick and Newt - whoever can beat Romney - I do think parksstp has a point. Rick has indeed won 7+ states and so far, like him or hate him, demonstrated a superior ability to win.

I'm heard the school of thought expressed of late that it's better to have two strong non-Romney candidates as it forces Romney to fight a two-front war. That view has merit up to a point.

Let's quit beating up on one another and remember our common adversaries: Romney and Obama.

You’d think that only doing 80% of what Zer0 would do is enough to be better. It isn’t. Keep in mind that if Zer0 stays in office, the GOP will at least have a reason to fight the liberal agenda he puts forth. If Romney is there, all bets are off. The Dims will gigglingly go along with it (because it’s liberal) and the GOP will fall in line because... a REPUBLICAN proposes it!

Imagine: an expanded RobamaCare, spending like drunken sailors, gutting our military, amnesty for illegals, and a lot more liberal JUNK... all sailing through Congress because the leader of the freakin GOP is pushing it.
