Because he, too, “is not Romney”...........if you think about it, “Conservative, not Romney” votes are trouncing Romney by at least 15 points in all states. I’m hoping at this point for a brokered convention, and a leader who has enough guts to point out that the answer is not a more liberal Republican, but a true conservative.

There was nothing exceptional about voting today.

My daughter and I walked in, showed our id, declared our party. We then received our ballots. We went over to a table and marked our ballots. Lines were not long, but we weren’t lonely in the place either. We choose to go in the middle of the day so we wouldn’t be bothered by many people.

We saw no media and nothing extraordinary.

Yep, there's always a tribute to Romney on nights like this. Also your point is well taken vis-a-vis cities: I remember Ohio last week. Rick, Rick, Rick, Rick, and then BOOM! Cuyahoga County (Cleveland) dumps a boatload of ballots and the Romulan miraculously takes a slim lead.

Cautious optimism this evening, though. I'm keeping an eye on Jefferson, Tuscaloosa, Bibb, Madison, and Limestone counties in AL.

LOL. I’m not over weight either, but I do try to watch my sugar intake. I grilled the peppers and ate almost a plateful. The chicken was grilled too, with honey-mustard sauce.

I have lost respect for a number of prominent people during this process.

They surely revealed their backsides to us, didn't they?

If Santorum wins we might know why he underpolls...

He dominates in MS in under 44 demo.

Winning by 15 under 30, and 13 in the 30-44 demographic.

The likely scenario is that he is actually driving this age group to the polls... hope for the country.

Just like they voted for Jimmy Carter in 1976.

If you don’t research someone’s background and poltical record, you do not recognize when they’re lying to you.

Voters are being bamboozled by a liar and dishonest establishment politician.

Agreed. He is even worse than that. He[’s no different from his BIL: Dickie Scruggs.

He scares the crap out of me because I don’t know what his policies are & I have no idea what he plans for the country. Plenty of people have the “right” conservative credentials but that doesn’t mean they have the leadership qualities to be president. I understand the importance of social issues but if we don’t turn this country around financially all the conservative values in the world won’t save it. I’ve heard a lot of platitudes and generalities from him but no specifics. What’s his fiscal/tax policy? Does he plan on dismantling any bloated departments? What’s he doing about Afghanistan? I’ve got a son deploying in a while so that’s important to me? He seems to be tongue-tied and 0bama can be very glib. How will he beat him in a debate? How is he going to fight the press and get his message out? Would he choose someone like Allen West as VP or go with an “establishment” choice to win points with them? What leadership skills does he bring to the table? He was a senator like 0bama just because he served longer doesn’t mean he learned to lead when he was just one against many. He has a child with a rare disease and he took time off the campaign trail when she was sick so what will happen if the same thing happens and there’s a crisis? I pretty much know how Romney and Newt think about these things but Santorum is just too vague. These are my concerns. I’m not really trying to be negative but these are the things I think about.

Cindie

The delegates are “proportional” which means there will be an even to close split of Delegates between the 3 if this keeps up.

oops I meant Voted Newt good for the poster....I don’t vote til the whole ball of wax gets here to Pa.....and I won’t be voting for Santorum even though he’s from my state...for obvious reasons....... Newt all the way!!!!!!

I use to think most Pennsylvanias wouldn’t vote Santorum for most are still pretty ticked off about all the crap he pulled here....until a few people said they want the “gravey” he’ll send here if they vote for him...

Voters can be bought just as easily as politicians....we are such a sick dang nation of people!

I tried sweet tea last year I think. I couldn’t finish it. When I was young, I could have guzzled it and come back for more. But now, no way, no how.

I knew Cuyahoga (Cleveland) would not go Santorum. Huge lake Erie population and Ricky created a bill to charge boaters for VHF weather radio service, NOA which has always been a free and vital service for them. He won’t take the Erie counties in pa either.

Don’t worry Cindie, its all good. Probably more up on foreign policy than any of the others. He has a definite doable plan to abolish Obamacare with a backup plan. He will be a great President.
