Media Matters astroturfed the Limbaugh secondary boycott
The secondary boycott of Rush Limbaugh advertisers is portrayed in the media as a reaction to a groundswell of public outrage. In fact, the secondary boycott was initiated by and driven by Media Matters, which had a “Stop Limbaugh” campaign on the shelf waiting to be used, and was executed by Angelo Carusone, Director of Online Strategy for Media Matters.

You know, I’m sorry but I just can’t work up much enthusiasm other than the bare minimum for Rush these days. Not because he wasn’t savaged by the Ministry of Propaganda, AKA, the lame-stream media. He was.
Not one word about Sheriff Joe’s report on fraud and forgery.

Sorry, the coup that took place in 2008 is exponentially more important to me than whether or not Sleep Train advertises with Rush any longer.

I have no problem with Rush and hope his business continues to be a success. It’s his show.
I’ve got more important issue to concern myself with like the forged selective service documents; forged birth certificates; like the usurpation of POTUS.
By the way, Rush won’t allow ANY talk about this issue on his show.
REMEMBER...Media Matters is a 501(c)(3) TAX EXEMPT organization who is NOT suppose to carry on PARTISAN POLITICAL activity!!!

Although launched just this weekend, Carusone has been planning this campaign for some time now. He has owned the @StopRush twitter identity since January 2010, publicly stating while campaigning for his @StopBeck movement on several liberal and progressive blogs and web radio shows in the past, that he has had similar campaigns planned for Rush Limbaugh, Sarah Palin and Sean Hannity.
Carusone may be best known for a similar campaign waged for over two years against another familiar conservative radio talk show host and television personality Glenn Beck. He takes credit (along with others) for removing Beck from his daily Fox News television show. He manages a companion campaign, Drop Fox, on behalf of Media Matters.

Really, it’s quite well known he won’t discuss this topic.
I guess Sheriff Joe is just a kook to Rush.
In case you missed it, NONE of the conservative talk show hosts that I have heard are covering this. Rush, Sean, Glen, you-name-it have ALL steadfastly ignored the "birther" issue from the beginning.
So, why just blame Rush? He's playing the same game that all the others are.
