You keep referring to the Constitution as if it matters, fact is we have a Government out of control that Congress refuses to come to grips with. There were over 10,000 regulatory rules instituted this past month, how many of them are you guilty of violating?
You have absolutely no way to know because there are many thousands of them.
Congress not only refuses to act to quell this outrage, they seem to be helping to usher in their own irrelevancy. Do you really think a community can stand against outlaw judges, seventeen new ones last week, put in power by our own GOPe leadership.
Sad fact is Newt was probably the only guy running with the creeds to bring about the total transformation of this corrupt system, which explains his last place finishes.
Soon the people will begin to demand a king, a story that has been told many times since it was first documented in the Old Testament.

Yes. It does and I took an oath to uphold it; therefore, I will continue to do so to the best of my ability (various Quisling politicians notwithstanding).
I took the oath in 1954, and I took it seriously, wish the GOPe did too, but they don't.
The Courts are corrupt and so is the Military. We started putting fighting men and women in jail on the word of the enemy during the Bush administration. We tie their hands with insane ROE's then wonder why we make no progress. The chance of improvement if we elect Romney, or re-elect Obama are about equal in my mind.
