President Obama signs Executive Order allowing for control over all US resources

On March 16th, President Obama signed a new Executive Order which expands upon a prior order issued in 1950 for Disaster Preparedness, and gives the office of the President complete control over all the resources in the United States in times of war or emergency.

The National Defense Resources Preparedness order gives the Executive Branch the power to control and allocate energy, production, transportation, food, and even water resources by decree under the auspices of national defense and national security. The order is not limited to wartime implementation, as one of the order's functions includes the command and control of resources in peacetime determinations.

Additionally, each cabinet under the Executive Branch has been given specific powers when the order is executed, and include the absolute control over food, water, and other resource distributions.

The Obama administration appears to be preparing for a long drawn out war in the Middle East, or at the very least, an expected crisis that will require the need to override Constitutional authority and claim dominion over all resources in the United States under the guise of national defense. With the rise in Disaster Preparedness growing for both individuals and states leading up to yesterday's Executive Order, the mood of the nation points strongly towards some event or disaster that will require massive preparations on a national as well as local scale.

Where was Obama really born? Are we seeing the rising of the anti-christ?

You can start with this here:

The Constitution and the Bill of Rights are the Supreme law of the land.

Any “State Constitution”, “Federal Legislation”, “Executive Order” or “Regulation” from one of the Alphabet agencies do NOT trump those laws.

The “Bill of Rights” are “God given, unalienable rights” and they can NOT be taken from us by the government, however you can “Voluntarily” waive them, whether you are aware that you are doing so or not!!!

You are about to learn that there are 2 classes of citizens:

American citizens who are sovereign over the Government and

U.S. citizen who are Federal subjects which is how and why they get away with what they do...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X6b4YrXayzE

“I reserve all Unalienable rights without prejudice”

Do you know what that means???

The info below will open your eyes if you take the time to read it.

God-given, unalienable Rights repudiated by Supreme Court
The American Revolution was fought to validate and secure the two, extraordinary, unprecedented principles advanced by the “Declaration of Independence”:

1) That it is both true and self evident that all men are created equal and endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights; and,

2) “That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men . . . .”

First, the fact that all men were equally endowed by their Creator with “certain unalienable Rights” elevated all men from the status of subjects to the status of sovereigns. This elevation was arguably the high-water mark of the Protestant Reformation. By making all men “sovereigns,” the American Revolution demoted all government to our public servant rather than our master. (Government has always despised this demotion and worked tirelessly to regain its dominance over the People.)

” You’re right, he’s a traitor to our Constitution and to the office he holds.

He’s gone ballistic with E.O.’s!

He goes around Congress and the democrats in the Senate permit him while the RINOS don’t know how to fight or won’t. “

I will be 58 next week, and a political animal since around
age 14.(I read NR, cover to cover, back then, starting in 1968) I have NEVER seen a GOP House & Senate that did absolutely nothing in a REAL emergency.....until NOW! And we need them more now, than any time in my life. They allowed Kagan(a communist from college days) and Sotomayor to be approved...neither one was REMOTELY qualified for SCOTUS!!

Obama has begun to take over every facet of our lives, and
the Constitution doesn’t even exist anymore! He must be totally emboldened by the silence of our reps in D.C. He is capable of starting a war, race riots, anything, because nobody seems interested in stopping him. He must be in “Communist Pig Heaven”

Thanks bro...this country has been through this before...most would be surprised how long the socialist, marxist ilk has been at it...BUT never have they been able to get to where they are now. I get that - just not ready to throw in the towel. I am the gun behind every tree!

That’s just it! These many Czars, can all plot behind closed doors without any congressional authority breathing down their necks.(Not that this Congress has the balls to do anything about it....but......)

You hit on it.

For me the biggest problem has always been not what we discovered the regime has done but what we have not yet discovered. This entire regime has been an obamacare mentality of having to wade through thousands of pages of leagalese to discover what has been done to the country. Never what has been done "for" the country.

If this thing they claim is about to erupt, you can kiss $4 gas goodbye. (In Canada, double it)

It may be Iran/Syria, or Afghanistan. But what concerns me most is, this kind of order never happens UNTIL a crisis erupts and this measure becomes necessary.

This whole move is completely outside of Congressional Law! There is nothing to authorize it, or condone it!

I believe what he is getting at from the thread about an hour ago,r is this EO has reportedly already been legislated, piece by piece, since 911, but was never dreamed to be discharged all at once as an umbrella from which all things would flow in one wide swath of power. Innocently enough crafted in the beginning, taken altogether it can and has become something quite different.

Intellegent comments and insight is abundant no doubt on the other threads. I haven’t read them all either, but thy need to be bundled for sure.

He’s insulted everyone on earth as well as the military and nobody has done a thing to stop him and those that have tried have failed.

Wouldn't it be great if we could elect representatives that would spend a few years REPEALING all the bullsh*t regulations that have been made law?

Of course; with our corrupt to the core government; that will NEVER happen.

provisioning some of the closed military bases (refurbing barracks and building more, with lots and lots of barbed wire) for who knows what.

That is interesting and backs up what I just heard from a friend who does surveying work. Last week he was at Ft. Indian town Gap here in PA. That base has been run down for years and mostly is for reservists training. Anyway, the were surveying several acres of old barracks to be torn town for NEW warehouses, barracks, and admin buildings that are to be put in.

They had gotten the impression that it all was going to happen very quickly... sort of a rush job or so he sensed.

Now this all fits with his story. Everyone in this area up till now sensed Ft. Indian town Gap was on the way out. The old buildings are in terrible shape, so your post, and his story makes a world of sense.

Sheesh. I feel a little silly I was on another thread arguing about internet porn.

If it were a video game; if one were into seeing countries turn from being a free nation of free people to countries such as China or Venezuela; guess it could be a captivating game.

I think you may be on to something there. I have felt for awhile now that millions of Americans are so enured to reality because of constant fantasy stimulation via television and movies, that they see modern politics almost as a mini-series played out for their amusement. If it were just a show the flirtation with the charming rogue villain would be harmless. In the case of our current situation such a flirtation is deadly.

This is NOT a game/movie/mini-series, America! Snap out of it.

Buckwheat can sign fairy tales to fly monkeys out of his marxist butt to the moon. Until Buckwheat has some semblance of an army to carry out his ridiculous fantasy, the racist pig doesn’t have the power to do squat.
