NEW YORK (AP) — An Occupy Wall Street protester says police gave demonstrators little warning before kicking them out of a New York City park overnight and that officers beat several of them during the arrests.
The protester, Chris Casuccio, was at Manhattan's Zuccotti Park on Saturday, where demonstrators chanted and held impromptu meetings to mark the six months since the movement against economic inequality.

Potius sero quam nunquam.
I wonder how much all that garb they’re wearing costs?
I think what would be extremely fair would be for every protester that claims injury to line up in front of the officers they claim to be injured by - and each one who doesn’t have any detectable injuries gets beaten to pieces by the cops. Those that do have detectable injuries that exceed any reasonable use of force get $25,000 in a cashier’s check minus one thousand for every liar that shows up.
Though, of course, all the officers will likely claim a percentage of disability from beating up the protesters, so this won’t work anyway.
These “People” and I use that word loosely, are parasites, they contribute NOTHING to our society, all the want is everything they can get for free..they are communists, not a surprise..these are Obama’s people, freeloaders
These people should be given bars of soap with bathing instructions.
Poor dog. The only one in that picture with any dignity.
How rude. Those demonstrators should have seen the media guides and gilt-edged calling cards written in German that we airdropped over northern France before D-Day just so they could prepare for our tactics and arrival.
How dare the police take action without telegraphing it first?
yeah but those instructions involve reading, which is something I doubt those people know how to do
Release the hounds!
No better way to start the whole bathing process than a well-applied nightstick shampoo
Eeeeeghad, what is that thing in the middle of the pic?
Beatings? Finally? Yahoo indeed.
