Ok...so Drudge and others are talking about the E.O. that was re-signed by Obama on Friday with the additional words "non-emergency" added to it as well.
Dig a little deeper...now mind you I am not jumping on the Alex Jones bandwagon just yet...but what's up with these other E.O.'s being signed days and weeks apart that actually link right along with what was re-signed and amended on Friday night?

Executive Order 13600 of February 9, 2012
Establishing the President's Global Development Council
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered as follows:
Section 1. Policy.
To help protect national security and further American economic, humanitarian, and strategic interests in the world, it is the policy of the Federal Government to promote and elevate development as a core pillar of American power and chart a course for development, diplomacy, and defense to reinforce and complement one another. As stated in the 2010 National Security Strategy and the Presidential Policy Directive on Global Development, the successful pursuit of development is essential to advancing our national security objectives: security, prosperity, respect for universal values, and a just and sustainable international order. The effectiveness of this development policy will depend in large measure on how we engage with partners, beneficiaries of our development assistance, and stakeholders. We will use evidence-based decision-making in all areas of U.S. development policy and programs, and we commit to foster development expertise and learning worldwide.
Sec. 2. Establishment.
There is established the President's Global Development Council (Council). The Council shall be established for administrative purposes within the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) subject to the foreign policy and budgetary guidance of the Secretary of State.
Sec. 3. Membership.
The membership of the Council shall be as follows:
(a) The Council shall be composed of the officials described in paragraph (b) of this section and not more than 12 individuals from outside the Federal Government appointed by the President. Appointed members of the Council may serve as representatives of a variety of sectors, including, among others, institutions of higher education, non-profit and philanthropic organizations, civil society, and private industry. (b) The Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of Defense, the USAID Administrator, and the Chief Executive Officer of the Millennium Challenge Corporation shall serve as non-voting members of the Council and may designate, to perform the Council functions of the member, a senior-level official who is part of the member's department, agency, or office, and who is a full-time officer or employee of the Federal Government. (c) The President shall designate a member of the Council to serve as Chair and another member to serve as Vice Chair. The Chair shall convene and preside at meetings of the Council, determine meeting agendas, and direct its work. The Vice Chair shall perform the duties of the Chair in the absence of the Chair and shall perform such other functions as the Chair may assign. (d) The term of office of members appointed by the President from outside the Federal Government shall be 2 years, and such members shall be eligible for reappointment and may continue to serve after the expiration of their terms until the President appoints a successor. A member appointed to fill a vacancy shall serve only for the unexpired term of such vacancy.
Sec. 4. Mission and Functions.
The Council shall advise and support the President, through the National Security Staff and the National Economic Council staff, in furtherance of the policy set forth in section 1 of this order. The Council shall meet regularly and shall:
(a) inform the policy and practice of U.S. global development policy and programs by providing advice to the President and other senior officials on issues including: (i) innovative, scalable approaches to development with proven demonstrable impact, particularly on sustainable economic growth and good governance; (ii) areas for enhanced collaboration between the Federal Government and public and private sectors to advance development policy; (iii) best practices for and effectiveness of research and development in low and middle income economies; and (iv) long-term solutions to issues central to strategic planning for U.S. development efforts; (b) support new and existing public-private partnerships by: (i) identifying key areas for enhanced collaboration and any barriers to collaboration; and (ii) recommending concrete efforts that the private and public sectors together can take to promote economic development priorities and initiatives; and (c) increase awareness and action in support of development by soliciting public input on current and emerging issues in the field of global development as well as bringing to the President's attention concerns and ideas that would inform policy options.
Sec. 5. Administration of the Council.
(a) The heads of executive departments and agencies shall assist and provide information to the Council, consistent with applicable law, as may be necessary to carry out the functions of the Council. (b) Funding and administrative support for the Council shall be provided by USAID to the extent permitted by law and within existing appropriations. (c) The USAID Administrator shall appoint an Executive Director who shall be a Federal officer or employee of USAID and serve as a liaison to the Administrator and the Executive Office of the President and consult with relevant executive departments, agencies, and offices on matters and activities pertaining to the Council. (d) The members of the Council who are appointed from outside the Federal Government shall serve without compensation for their work on the Council. Members of the Council may, however, receive travel expenses, including per diem in lieu of subsistence, as authorized by law for persons serving intermittently in the Government service (5 U.S.C. 5701-5707). (e) Insofar as the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), as amended (5 U.S.C. App.), may apply to the Council, any functions of the President under FACA, except that of reporting to the Congress, shall be performed by the USAID Administrator in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Administrator of General Services.
Sec. 6. Termination.
The Council shall terminate 2 years after the date of this order, unless renewed by the President.
Sec. 7. General Provisions.
(a) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect: (i) authority granted by law to a department or agency, or the head thereof; or (ii) functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals. (b) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations. (c) This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

Executive Order 13602 of March 15, 2012
Establishing a White House Council on Strong Cities, Strong Communities
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, and in order to forge a partnership with local communities to provide them with comprehensive technical assistance to use and compete for Federal resources more effectively and efficiently, which will enable them to develop and implement economic strategies to become more competitive, sustainable, and inclusive, it is hereby ordered as follows:
Section 1. Policy.
Cities, towns, and regions across our Nation continue to face difficult economic challenges. Enhancing current Federal assistance is helping to lift communities out of distress. To allow the Federal Government to better partner with these local communities to build local capacity to address economic issues, and to support comprehensive planning and regional collaboration, my Administration established the Strong Cities, Strong Communities (SC2) pilot initiative. By partnering with cities and regions to augment their vision for stability and economic growth, the SC2 was designed to help communities strengthen their capacity to create jobs and more competitive business climates, and implement locally driven community and regional planning approaches that lead to sustained economic growth, as well as ensure that Federal assistance is more efficiently provided and used.
This order improves the way the Federal Government engages with and supports local communities by better aligning resources and coordinating efforts across executive departments and agencies (agencies) so that communities across the country have access to comprehensive, localized technical assistance and planning resources to develop and implement their economic vision and strategies.
Sec. 2. White House Council on Strong Cities, Strong Communities.

A member of the Council may designate, to perform the Council functions of the member, a senior level official who is a part of the member's agency or office, and who is a full time officer or employee of the Federal Government. (b) Administration. The Co Chairs shall convene regular meetings of the Council, determine its agenda, and direct its work. The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development shall appoint an Executive Director of the Council to coordinate the Council's activities. At the direction of the Co Chairs, the Council may establish subgroups consisting exclusively of Council members or their designees, as appropriate. Agencies may detail staff to the Council to support its coordination and implementation efforts.
Sec. 3. Mission and Function of the Council.
The Council shall, to the extent permitted by law, work across agencies and offices to:
(a) coordinate the development and implementation of the various components of the SC2, as determined by the Co Chairs; (b) coordinate agency efforts to ensure communities have access to comprehensive, localized technical assistance and planning resources to develop and execute their economic vision and strategies (including, where appropriate, efforts of existing committees or task forces related to providing technical assistance to local governments and improving their capacity to address economic issues); (c) ensure that members of the Council incorporate SC2 implementation efforts into their agency annual performance plans and those efforts' outcomes into their annual performance results; (d) provide recommendations to the President, through the Co Chairs on: (i) policies for building local expertise in strengthening local economies; (ii) changes to Federal policies and programs to address issues of special importance to cities and local governments that pertain to local capacity and economic growth; (iii) implementing best practices from the SC2 initiative Government-wide to better support cities and local governments; and (iv) opportunities to increase the flexible utilization of existing Federal program resources across agencies to enable more performance and outcome-based funding; (e) encourage the development of technical assistance, planning, and financing tools and implementation strategies that can be coordinated or aligned across agencies to assist communities in building local capacity to address economic issues, engaging in comprehensive planning, and advancing regional collaboration; and (f) facilitate the exchange of ideas and strategies to help communities address economic challenges and create sustained economic opportunity.
Sec. 4. Outreach.
Consistent with the objectives set forth in this order, the Council, in accordance with applicable law, shall conduct outreach to representatives of nonprofit organizations, businesses, labor organizations, State and local government agencies, school districts, elected officials, faith and other community based organizations, philanthropies, other institutions of local importance, and other interested persons with relevant expertise in the expansion and improvement of efforts to build local capacity to address economic issues in cities and communities. The Council will convene an annual meeting of interested parties including mayors and city employees to share key findings and progress, offer best practices, and promote strategies that have worked in communities participating in the initiative.
Sec. 5. Reports.
Within 1 year of the date of this order, and annually thereafter, the Executive Director shall provide a report to the Co Chairs on the work of the Council and its achievements during the year, including demonstrable changes in the capacity of local communities to implement their economic development goals and efforts to achieve more efficient and effective use of Federal resources.
Sec. 6. General Provisions.

(c) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations. (d) This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

I am inclined to agree with you that the “ovens” scenario is old school when now you can be vaporized in your own living room.
What good did that gun in your hand do you in that case?
It is ancient history now when gun possession actually could mean, NO WAY, NO HOW.
Today—not so much.
Hitler Austrian who took over Germany, Obama a Kenyan Communist who has taken over the USA. Fema camps, Army internment specialist. What is going to happen this year? What are they planning or maybe the Mayans were right something is going to happen and Obama is just getting ready.
Is that today?
What both of you said!
I agree ! !000%, and folks need to heed that warning. He would employ the tactics he taught Odinga and then campaigned with him, when he loses. I firmly believe that, and I suspect but cannot prove it of course, that he has threatened that from the very beginning!
I doubt anyone here is unfamiliar with what happened in Africa with Odinga, but if they are it is archived here. look it up!
Now, some of you boys, I know, are wondering whether or not you'll chicken out under fire. Don't worry about it. I can assure you that you will all do your duty. The Nazis are the enemy. Wade into them. Spill their blood. Shoot them in the belly. When you put your hand into a bunch of goo that a moment before was your best friend's face, you'll know what to do.
And that is what I believe. We (some of us) will know beyond a doubt that it's time.
Regarding the tea party, it was not just a nice try it was successful. We spoke loud and clear on November 02, 2010 and that was due in large part to the Tea Party. However, those elected went stone cold deaf in January after being sworn in.
Now, at this time in our history, the Tea Party tactics would be too civil. It won't work again. But as a result of the Tea Party, and us that are vocal, a bill was just signed in to law Friday nite. HR347/S1742 designed to quelch free speech and not just quelch it but criminalize it. Due to time and space I won't post everything I read since yesterday about it but in case you don't know about it you should research this. It is designed to eliminate dissension altogether and it passed overwhelmingly by our elected Eunuchs.
Copy this link and Take a look at this clip with Judge Napalitono (who has lost his show on FOX btw) and you will see what else happened within the last 3-4 days. It won't 'hot-link' because I used HTML in here. Sorry.
Your post has given me even more to consider. Thank you. I hope that mine does the same for you because I'm not just typing crap or opinions, this stuff is happening and it is obvious, we are being taken over by communists.
You are so right! Congress could have, and SHOULD have put a stop to most if not ALL of this by now, and they haven’t.
Makes ya wonder what this admin has threatened if they do??
AMEN to that! And Apparently, Congress may or may not be informed AFTER international law gives or does not give up PERMISSION to go to war. According to Pinhead.
Is your “people like you” personally directed to null and void??
Because if it is, you are judging the wrong person!!
Ok we all fear that. WHAT can be done about it? Is there no recourse Republicans and even reasonable Dem, can take? And if there is, will they take the action?
Yep...and to put a spin on the first hog’s comment:
For the first time in my adult life, I’m ashamed/embarassed to be an American.
It’s because Obama knows he is likely to lose this next election.
Usurper (most likely an illegal alien) as POTUS:
Oh no, the Clinton’s would NEVER let that happen
Oh no, the Republicans would NEVER let that happen.
Oh no, the 50 SOS’s would NEVER let that happen.
Oh no, the Congress would NEVER let that happen.
Oh no, the Military would NEVER let the happen.
Oh no, the Supreme Court would NEVER let that happen.
Oh no, the Conservative media would NEVER let that happen.
Oh no, the Secret Service would NEVER let that happen.
Oh no, the Judiciary would NEVER let that happen.
Fast and Furious:
Oh no, Homeland Security would NEVER let that happen.
Oh no, the FBI would NEVER let that happen.
Oh no, the ATF would NEVER let that happen.
Bushs are not yukking up nothing now
What do you mean?
“When I saw Bush 41 and Jeb Bush yucking it up with the evil bastard in the Oval Office just a month ago, I knew. It made me sick”
Ditto for me
Some animals are more equal than others.
When we get to that point in our communist future where we decide we have nothing to lose, those Patton quotes will come in handy. We’ll need a Patton, a George Washington, maybe even a Spartacus to lead us.
When I said the Tea Party was a nice try, I meant the same thing you said. We won in Nov 2010, but began to lose in January 2011. We needed to get angry at those politicians we sent to DC. Really angry. To quote my favorite movie hero Josie Wales: “Now remember, when things look bad and it looks like you’re not gonna make it, then you gotta get mean. I mean plumb, mad-dog mean. ‘Cause if you lose your head and you give up then you neither live nor win. That’s just the way it is.”
We failed to do that. The communists and GOP eunuchs beat us through our own complacency. We never thought the communists would win, so we just assumed that the problem would go away. Now we’re going to pay for that assumption (and you know what they say about ASSUME!)
Yes, all Americans should be shamed and shocked to have the likes of these evil bastards in our White House.
General Pinochet type also comes to mind.
These EO's to "secure" the Internet and the resources and such are just opening moves to a game that is going to get bloody real quick.
Stock market crashes and bank runs aren't all that big a concern to most folks being their portfolios are gutted and hardly anyone is saving money when passbook savings accounts and money market savings rates are under 2%.
BUT when bank runs and market crashes affect the food supply (especially if the Dollar collapses) THEN the government will have to pull the plug on the Internet and declare marshal law because if they don't most of them will be hanging from the street lights within a couple of weeks.
Take down the Internet and have troops patrolling the streets and you stop the avalanche before it starts.
If they don't close down the net; even if Obama and crew had the best interests of the country at heart (which I am sure they don't); they run the risk of a Revolution starting and an overthrow of the government. They've seen it happen in the last year with the Arab Spring. No government is going to risk that.
Government seeks to control... period!
I honestly don't think these measures are for that issue. Now I may be wrong on such but I have a suspicion that all this stuff (Internet shutdown authority Law, takeover of resources EO, marshal law EO) is a natural response from what happened during the Arab Spring.
See the FED and the EU are engaged in a Juggling act that can't last. Soon someone makes a connection and the markets are going to crash and the bank runs will start and if it is bad enough to stop the food supplies in the US then we will have us and Honest to God Revolution.
But if you shut down the Internet and control the resources and have armed troops in the streets you can cut the legs right out from under such before it starts. Maybe even stop the run on the banks. (Hard to do modern day banking without the Internet)
That leader is out there somewhere. I believe that with my entire being. There are many solid patriots. Many who have already fought...and they are true leaders. Being American is not just about the country, being American is a thought process. Some of us are ingrained with it and recognize what is being done for what it is. We have pursued (and should pursue) all avenues peacefully but our enemy is also in our ranks (repubs).
Remember, only 20%-some say 30% (I believe that is an overly liberal estimate) of the population fought in the Revolutionary war while the remainder of the population didn’t want to get involved or they were on the side of the Tories. Those figures are probably pretty much in line with today’s population.
Love that quote from Josie Wales!
Hey...be sure to take a look at that interview if you have a chance.
Been terrific chatting with you.
“WHAT can be done about it?”
This topic is frequent here on FR.
The problem is that you are not fighting a foreign invasion.
You are fighting the opinions of misguided fellow citizens, as well as the illegals.
All the talk of stocking up on ammo and Tupperware full of beans is little more then whistling in your britches.
You are not going to pull off a new American revolution
with guns, as you will be fighting your fellow citizens,
not the king of England, even though you see them as foreign invaders.
Unfortunately, America is not alone with turmoil .
It is festering all over the globe.
Since I am now retired, I have been fortunate enough to
leave and see other parts of the world, starting in Central Europe, and now in Asia.
There is just no way that I would be able to tolerate what
fellow Americans are now suffering, and there not a damn way in the world that my staying there would be of any help.
In my opinion, if Americans are foolish enough to reelect
Obumbo, it will be all over but the shouting.
Even if he is defeated, it will be very hard to undo the damage, and return to the country that we had under Ronald Reagan.
Who was it that answered the question Whats there to worry about? with the answer nothing? Who was it that said Nut-job Conspiracy Theory Ping!? Thats who I was addressing that too, and anyone else who thinks this is nothing to worry about.
yes, about a half hour left, it is recorded so you can start from the begining shortly after it is over and a link will be placed
TSA already has a Domestic Force on the ground:
Three things come to mind for these Executive Orders
First...war ahead with Iran/Syria, perhaps sooner rather than later. Political move for having stalled BeBe off until it’s to Obamas advantage in the election.
Second...He said he’d go move ahead without congress. To show he’s the man with the power and nobody’ts going to get one over on him.
Third....All moves position the USA for Global Governance...and to squell any outrage when it’s a go. They’re already saying Obma needs to be the leader.
I think you don’t understand the extent that the election process and voting has been corrupted.
The GOP itself is committing fraud in the caucus and nomination process and no one is doing anything about it.
If the so called principled party is committing fraud, then what the democrats will do is breathtaking in its criminality.
Both parties are corrupt at this point, by the globalist money and the globalist agenda. They won’t have to re-elect Obama, because Obama or Romney, both have allegiance to foreign interests and either one will do for the globalist agenda and coming officially sanctioned global government.
With this EO, all Obama’s councils have to do is say, if we pledge allegiance to global government we will be helping all the other countries in the world we are supposed to help with the EO.
This race is EU or NAU (obama or romney). Not good for the American people AT all.
Bill Clinton did much the same thing in his time.
You hit the nail on the head.
Too bad other people on this forum can’t see it, or are trying to obfuscate it.
Congress can revoke the order. They have 60 days.
Make congress work for us and not them!
Monday - the 19th - SOMEBODY, not sure who, decides who will take a bath in the Credit-Default swaps that get triggered by the Greece default.
Yes, Greece defaulted.
This will probably impact ALL the YBYF’s, this is like playing musical chairs, and we’re getting down to where THERE JUST AIN’T ENOUGH CHAIRS LEFT!!
“I think you dont understand the extent that the election process and voting has been corrupted.”
Of course I understand it, and it is just one of the reasons for my last post.
America may be finished regardless of who wins this year, but if it is Obumbo, the destruction will continue on its current and accelerated pace.
There are three major contributors to the fall of America:
The educational systems, k-grad school
Marxist dominated media
That is one hell of a mess to correct at this point.
If you knew nully, you’d know he was being facetious ! Courtesy ping to nully.
What you guys are missing is the governors and legislatures of the states and the power they have. They can do the very same thing the Feds do: declare a state of emergency and mobilize the national guard.
Should Obama illegally stay past his term of office, he automatically becomes a domestic terrorist. In each of the 50 states the govt could easily:
1. Seize any and all federal offices and U.S. military personnel and property who choose to follow Obama after his term expires and throw those people in jail as terrorists.
2. Seize any and all property and other assets of those same people in league with Obama.
3. Warn any member resident that if they choose to remain part of of the Obama terrorist organization that they are outlaws, they will have their residency revoked permanently after a stated grace period.
4. For any of the above who is either past the grace period or participates in actions for the Obama terrorist organization that attacks or harms a member of said state, they will be bumped permanently to fugitive terrorist status to be returned dead or alive, and if alive tried in a court of law.
5. Any member of the fed govt or military captured in an operation in support of the Obama terrorist organization will be shot without trial as a terrorist.
6. Provide clear warning to such action ahead of time to deter any and all cooperation with the Obama organizations terrorist activity.
7. Form and/or direct groups similar to the Texas Rangers in that state to hunt down any of the above and shoot anyone who resists, and back them up with the National Guard.
8. Organize militias and mobilize the national guard to defend key access points in to the state, shutting them down if necessary.
9. Withhold any and all tax money to the federal govt by declaring them funds in support of terrorism, mandating all businesses operating in that state cease withholding, and prosecuting any resident or business of that state who knowingly does not comply.
10. Use your imagination.
Obama wants to play hardball, the states can play hardball too. This is why you MUST work to get good people into state legislatures this November.
Certainly makes a lot of sense to me.
What’s a phonebook? /JK
Ah, the invisible </sarc> tag strikes again...
“The police unions, all the other unions, the NBPP, segments of the military, and foreign invaders/guests will support Obama.”
So tell me, General Bryan92, how well do you think the untrained clown gestapo will fare with the 1stMarDiv pounding them from the front, while the 3rd MAW destroys their flanks and headquarters?
Take a refresher course and read what happened to Dictator Qaddafi when he ordered his mercenaries and “elite guard” to kill military members and their families.
I’ll give away the ending: It didn’t end well for Qaddafi or his “elite” guards.
Aw cheese. You totally went over my head on that one. And Im usually pretty good at catching those too. Dayum! Sorry null. LOL gonna have ta stay on my toes.
Never give up!
Now it all makes sense. The Security and Prosperity Partnership has been renewed. That’s why they need this EO. And it’s an indication that they have decide Romney will win the election.
Maybe it’s why Obama had the long face fake going to church today.
No harm, no foul.
Excellent. And many County Sheriffs are coming around, did you listen to any of their presentations at the recent Sheriff’s conference in Nevada? It’s on youtube.
Nothing worse than pre-emptively waving the white flag.
Now *there’s* a good sticker for gas pumps and grocery store shelves.
