Tiger, IMNSVHO, there is only one way out of this eligibility conundrum. One state AG has to remove Obama from his state's ballot.

If Obama wanted to be on the ballot, Team Obama would have to sue the AG. They would become the PLAINTIFF. No matter how that case ended: win, lose, or draw, it would be booted to the SCOTUS. Too simple. Of course, taking a page from Abe Lincoln's campaign strategy, Obama could simply choose not to be on that state's ballot! But, the point would be made!

The basic "mistake" made to date by all of those trying to trap the weasel is by making Team Obama, or trying to make them, the DEFENDANTS.

But one State AG. 1. One man; and all of this absurd Obama house of cards would tumble. It is doing absolutely no good for us to chase each other around Robin Hood's Barn when we cannot find one man in the country with the authority and the courage to act.

BTW, many have asked me what courts have examined the Copy of the Abstract the WH released as the BC. Wrong question. They have accepted it by denying the petitions of those who wish it examined. E.G., the Georgia Case, among others. The Courts, The GOP, Our elected Republican Representatives on every level, and of course the MSM, maintain that "Obama was born in Hawaii," and do not even entertain the Constitutional question of Natural Born Citizenship. For them, there is no issue. "Hawaii," they say. "Case closed." Have you heard one (1) Republican Primary Candidate mention the issue?

In regard to Sheriff Joe: It is patently NOT an official investigation. Furthermore, not one (1) AZ official with the authority to act on the findings has agreed to do so. A Sheriff can arrest a criminal for anything he feels appropriate. However, if the prosecuting attorney refuses to act, that criminal goes free.

Obama's lack of eligibility has, in IMNSVHO, plunged us into a Constitutional Crisis. If Obama is defeated at the polls, Constitutional Eligibility may be addressed by the courts. But I certainly wouldn't count on it .... not when otherwise responsible Republicans push for Marco Rubio , or Bobby Jindal, as National Candidates!
