(1)If one is indeed a Natural Born Citizen, adoption cannot remove that status, period.
Indeed, adoption cannot remove any kind of American citizenship, because it can always be reclaimed at majority.
(2)If one's biologic parents were not both citizens, one is not a Natural Born Citizen.

They raised a little money and got lots of advertising hits from the Arpaio press conference, and couldn't find much more than an iPhone camera to record the event. It is like they are pretending to ask questions while undermining the messenger and clouding the issue. They have some good writers, but their approach to eligibility suggests that they are encouraging their reputation are archetypal conspiracy wing-bats. As good a job as Corsi did by reporting the stories of Swift Boat veterans, his investigations of Obama stopped at the surface, never addressing the key Constitutional issues.
I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, since we see how corrupt federal and military courts are. No judge or pundit has ever dared say Chief Justice Marshall was simply mistaken, or Chief Justice Waite didn't know the law or Constitution. It appears that federal judges can be selected by Obama's protectors when eligibility is at issue? There was the convenient Muslim judge in Georgia (Malihi), the Michigan Muslim who read the Koran to the Mohammad frog, or whatever the costume, when the costume wearer was attacked for blaspheming Allah, or the liar Carter, a 'trusted former Marine' who had spent years in the Middle East working for our State Department, and who was assigned a Muslim clerk (graduate of some obscure Easter European school, with no law school) by Bob Bauer, apparently to deny Taitz the promised discovery. The corruption is so rife that an indirect charge of forgery or falsifying military registration may be more likely to reach discovery, and a grand jury. I can only hope for the best.
Farah may well have been threatened, but then he might help best, as Breitbart's replacement is doing, by declaring that he won't address the eligibility issue. Most of us have actually read the Constitution and the words of the many justices and cases confirming the truth. We will soon find out if we are to be a government of, for, and by the people. Alinsky-ites have isolated the voices of those dependent upon government approval, but if they eliminate the Internet, we will do what the proletariat in the USSR did, develop an underground.

Given that a law enforcement body has found probable cause for forgery and fraud it would be crazy to “get off the birth certificate”. This isn’t just about eligibility, it’s about crimes committed.
If Obama is not at this point a citizen at all he can’t be a natural-born citizen. We don’t even know if he’s a citizen at this point. And even if he’s not a citizen he would be required to register for the draft, which he apparently hasn’t done since the draft registration was forged. That would disqualify him from being either Senator OR President, regardless of his citizenship status.
Obama cannot legally be in the White House for a variety of reasons. The courts are giving us crap for answers on the NBC issue so the only realistic legal route we’ve got right now - until the election if it’s allowed to happen - is the criminal investigation.

The BC, on the other hand if forged, presents “probable cause” that “somebody” is guilty of forgery and fraud...and that somebody is obviously Barry himself.
The average American citizen and voter on the street to this day will say “Well, his mom was an American so he is eligible no matter where he was born.” The same American citizen and voter will NOT defend forgery and fraud.
In addition, the forged BC clearly points to a non-US birth, something that up until the last week of February the BO legal team was claiming for Barry. Suddenly that week (the week before the Arpaio Posse questioned all evidence of an HI birth) his legal team started citing to US v. Marguet-Pillado, a stupid 9th Circuit case in which the two judge majority claimed that a jury instruction correctly claimed that an infant born anywhere on the planet needed only be “biologically-related” to a US citizen to be NBC eligible to be POTUS.

Arpaio is very appropriately sticking to the facts, like Sgt. Friday, and going after “whoever it was” that forged the BC while saying that he is not accusing Barry of doing it himself. Apraio is not getting ahead of his evidence, as a good law enforcement officer, which Corsi is way out there trying to form a rational narrative that explains Barry's behavior.
As Arpaio said in a recent interview, what is wrong with formulating a “conspiracy theory” regarding why, how and when a crime has been committed? He said isn't that how law enforcement nails criminals?
That was a losing argument, too, which is why birther nuts are swinging back towards the "born in Kenya" theories. I even saw two long-debunked African birth certificates dredged up in recent weeks
This simply isn't true. Adoption CAN remove U.S. citizen. It's why the State Department warns about adoption to non-Hague convention countries ... because they cannot protects the citizenship of outbound adoptions. Further, the Supreme Court has on several occasions that the citizenship of the child naturally follows the condition of the father. Per the divorce records, Lolo Soetoro was still Obama's legal father up till 1980, when Obama reached majority. Unless Obama naturalized at some point, he was naturally an Indonesian citizen.
