5 years of legal battles thanks to EPA over a lot that was .6 of an acre and cost $23,000.
I wonder how many other little people have been stomped by EPA over that period of time?

Having trouble finding who voted what way. I find it bizarre that some of the marxists have been siding with the constitution lately. There have been 2 recent decisions that were unanimous. Now call me cantankerous or whatever but it all makes me extremely suspicious especially with the deathcare case on the docket in April. Are votes being traded in preparation?

These people spent every dime they had. They’re now broke and living in a trailer. Will they get their money back? I doubt it. Will the ruling make the EPA stop and think before they try it again? I doubt it.

Fantastic news for these people. I really feel bad for the pain and expense this outrageous agency has put them through. The EPA is an out of control rouge agency and needs to be eliminated.
