Page 32 of the American Bar Association magazine the article references says their poll of experts said 85% of them believe Obamacare will be upheld in full, individual mandate and everything. The poll says it will be a 6-3 decision. 64% in their poll said the case WON’T have a major impact on the presidential election.

I’m going to assume this is wishful thinking and liberal bias on the part of the “experts.”

I pray they are wrong. It is a sad day when the legal community has become so ignorant of the US constitution that they no longer can see the unconstitutional forest for the trees. With the passing of generations and the university brainwashing, I can see where the ABA would think Obamacare is just peachy keenie.

Anyway, the fight is in the Senate and White House. We have to push Majority leader McConnell and president Romney to overturn Obamacare. The fight will be there.

We are going to have to have to literally put the fear of God in them that we will make good our threats if they fail to overturn Obamacare.

I will promise you this. If the GOP has the White House and Senate and House and refuses to repeal Obamacare, then I assure you I will never vote for the GOP ever again. I will quit supporting them. I will only vote 3rd party conservatives or write ins.
