ORLANDO - A witness we haven't heard from before paints a much different picture than we've seen so far of what happened the night 17-year-old Trayvon Martin was shot and killed.
The night of that shooting, police say there was a witness who saw it all.

That seems to be the unknown here. Did Zimmerman first attack Martin, possibly trying to detain him and Martin was the one initially defending himself or did Martin just go off on Zimmerman. A lot more needs to come out. Way too many folks are knee jerking on both sides of this.

It varies from a minimum of 6’ tall and 160 lbs. (an estimate made by a responding officer) to 6’3” tall and 200 lbs. (reported by some media outlets).

I see a tragedy for all involved, being exploited by the race-haters Jackson, Farrakhan and Sharpton for their own personal egotistical gains, and to forment racial strife.

Where are black moderate leaders who will step up and say, “Wait a minute” - Let’s get the facts before we act or react out of stupidity and blind hate?”

Have the extremists won the “hearts and minds” of the black people, or the Hispanic people, or any other minority? If so, Obama is assured a second term which will polarize America to the point of another civil war.
When Americans no longer seek the truth about a tragedy, but react with blind hatred and anger, then the extremists have won. Obama is a race-extremist, as is Eric Holder and many of their political appointees. They know, as good marxists and black liberation theology/reparationist believers, how to manipulate the “masses” into giving them more illegal powers to control America, and our country will become a third world dictatorship.
Never underestimate the power of a demagogue (Obama, Holder, Sharpton, Jackson, Farrakhan) to manipulate the “lumpenproletariat” into becoming their voters and shocktroops, aided and abetted by stupid liberals and the uneducated.
Our schools have been producing these types of people for decades - easily fooled/duped, led, and fed (lies, welfare, freebies, a free pass through school).
Now we are paying for what the Left has done to our country and there is little time left to straighten out our corrupted systems. Nov. 6th is the day in which Americans choose which way their country goes. After that, you don’t want to be around if Obama wins. He has lists and the manpower to get you if he wants.

Black teens commit a lot of crime. The reflex assumption is that a Neighborhood Watch guy won't go out of his way to look for trouble - after all, any given perp can find out very easily where he lives, given that he's a neighborhood guy, and wait around to bushwhack him.

So the witness looked down from upstairs I guess of his home and saw the person who he had seen beating up the person with the red sweater(Zimmerman in red sweater) lying on the ground and presumably dead at that point.

I thought Zimmerman was only 5'7” and 200 pounds.

Zimmerman sounds like a busybody, but people are trying to turn busybody into murderer and getting away with it. Next thing you know we have the Constitutional Scholar Obama who obviously doesn't understand the Legal concept of Innocent until proven Guilty...

A key piece of evidence will be what the knuckles of both individuals look like. If Martin was beating Zimmerman, his knuckles should show it and vice-versa.
Also, powder burns - which indicate the distance that a gun was from the target if it was nearby.

I have CHL, and with it come considerable responsibility.
You do not want to find yourself before a grand jury with people saying you were provoking the dead man.
Me personally?
I would never take a life over property, let alone the suspicion that property may me in play.
Having said that, If someone was on my property in dark of night, whom I did not know, Alarms would be ringing.
I think Zimmerman may have been over zealous in reporting and following this kid, and I could understand where that may have infuriated the kid and caused him to feel threatened.
An altercation may have ensued.
I think what we have here is a sad tragic incident.
What has me agitated is all of the people in this world trying to pin this on whitey.
There is no basis in fact for it, but I see the scenario forming.

Per the 911 call Zimmerman made, when Zimmerman got out of his truck to follow Martin on foot Martin ran of into the darkness. Zimmerman told the 911 dispatch as he was ending his call that he was headed back to his truck.
Zimmerman never made it back to his truck. From what I gather from reading the police reports and listening to the 911 calls it looks like that after Martin fled off into the darkness he circled back around one of the condo buildings and ambushed Zimmerman as he was headed back to his truck.
The witness saw Martin on top of Zimmerman beating him in the face as Zimmerman screamed for help. Then Zimmerman pulled his gun and fired one shot. You can hear Zimmerman screaming for help and the one fired shot on one of the 911 calls made by a neighbor very close to the action.
It’ll be interesting to see what all of the Leftist FReepers have to say about this.
That’s odd. The photos that the go-goos are plastering to their bodies show a smiling Beaver Cleaver-type kid with a tan, or one of his little buddies. (Not, uh, `Whitey’.)
This photo you posted shows a nose-in-the-air arrogant (in fact, he does bear a remarkable resemblance to our Dear Leader) quite possibly economy-sized, thug-4-life with attitude.
I wonder which Trayvon it was that Deputy George “Barney Fife” Zimmerman made the mistake of `dissing’ and tangling with that day ... I’m guessing the non-smiling version.
